I understand being out of a product. Completely do. I ordered 3 ice creams and the store was out of the Dubai. Fine. My husband already paid the total of $17 and whatever change with a $20 bill. I said I don’t want anything else and asked for my $5.25 back from the cash I just gave the girl. I was told that policy is no cash refunds and I had to get my refund on a gift card. After this situation and how it was handled AFTER I paid I will NEVER be returning.

I love having real custard in my hometown. They took an old video store and made it into one of my favorite places. There is not a bad thing on the menu. The hot dogs, shakes, cones, all of it.

Really good ice cream! Highly recommend the frosted sugar cookie flavor. Atmosphere was very bright and warm and the service was excellent. Will recommend to friends and family!

i’m not a huge fan of ice cream but this place is so good. it’s very soft & creamy & the flavors are so good. love the biscoff cookie butter. they do a 4 scoop flight for $6.50 everywhere else is so over priced & this wasn’t at all. and the scoops are big. wish we lived closer to come here more often!

Went in twice with my daughter..
We were just having a day for us, and it seemed like the workers were just irritated and didn't want to be there. I get having bad days, but it's not gonna kill you to not give me a stank face while I'm reading the menu.. like be grateful people even come in so you can get paid.

Death by Peanut Butter will be on my obit for sure. Every time I come to Ohio this is my stop. No one does PB ice cream like Pav's. It is a good thing this isn't in California or I would be dead.
