My wife and I have been frequenting your establishment every other day. The staff consistently provides exceptional service, and the ice cream is of the highest quality.

We love the milk shakes!

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, extremely good adult milkshakes and tasty ice cream and treats!!! Always stop when I'm in the area, it's that good.

I took my fiancé here during a slow time to get some ice cream. My butterscotch milkshake was awesome. There was just a couple of people in there when we arrived. The people behind me received their milkshake and left so I figured they were easier to make about 10 minutes later a large group came in and proceeded to get ice cream, including Sundays so I asked about my Peanut butter brownie sundae and was assured by the individual who took my order that they were on it. Seven more people got served, and I went up and asked for my money only to be told “chill dude you’ll get it. “If this individual had been as attentive to our order as he was to flirting with the staff, this would’ve never happened. I would like to give this place another chance when we come back but very disappointed in the customer service for an establishment with 45 years in business.
No one apologized for the oversight and no one came up to act as the leader of this crew. They were unable to return our money or find the ticket even though I handed them the receipt so we took two of your Handmade drumsticks instead. I’d be happy to pay you the one dollar difference if the owner would be willing to reach out to me personally to discuss my experience.

The service is friendly, the space is clean, and had our ice cream outside which was so nice.

1st time visiting, I got Nuts about coconut ice cream, it was very tasty, lots of items in menu, had a hard time choosing. Going back for their 21 and over milkshake😉

The adult milkshakes are delish. The Crown Carmel 🍏 was great. Coming back for the 🍑 peach

Nice place very busy and the team working was working hard to take care of their customers in a timely manner. Trouble finding a spot. The ice cream was good per usual and they even have Superman! 🦸‍♂️

Delicious and so many choices. Booze ice cream is a nice addition too. lol

Good ice cream but my daughter asked for strawberry with sprinkles and got blue moon with sprinkles. Not sure if she got confused because we kept saying blue moon while speaking to each other or not but I convinced them to eat it because I didn’t want it to go to waste. I got blueberry cobbler I think is what it was and it was great!

Only negative, too many choices. So many flavors that are exceptional, and the atmosphere is actually pretty good. Expect a coffee shop type vibe and plan accordingly time - wise, if you plan to eat inside or on the patio.
