So as I got my meal and was sitting down enjoying I noticed a young man with black hair came in and started having a conversation with a woman that was working behind the grill. I found out later it was the General Manager. The man was upset and complaining as to why he was terminated but then started being disrespectful using f-bombs and raising his voice .threatening to call the corporate office. I've been in food and beverage for 25 years and was very impressed to how General Manager Shamaya Sims handled herself. She was very professional after being verbally disrespected by this emotionally immature and unprofessional past employee. It's very obvious why this guy lost his job. Good rinse. He's got a lot to learn in the professional business world. The thing that really made me chuckle was he stool right in front of the camera...lol. 😂😂

W addition of the Lettuce + Tomatos when I ordered no Lettuce or Tomatos! Definitely caught me off guard.
Also, they did somewhat of a magic trick with the side of ranch in the bag where I checked the bag and the side of ranch was NOT present.
I never write reviews. The food is great and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately the female working tonight was totally out of line. She started to refuse making sandwiches for me because she wanted to clean the grill. If was 17 minutes before closing. I had to push her to make the sandwiches. She was slamming things and had to go get things out of the cooler to make the sandwiches. She was closing before close. I thanked her on the way out and she ignored me. The other employee was very kind and respectful. Worst customer experiences in a long time .

2 people working. Long line. 1 employee was worried about counting down register early why subs sat for 20 minutes getting cold waiting on frys
This place gave me and my boyfriend food poisoning! I know it was here 110% bc it was the only place we ate at together recently! Also seen one of the workers sneeze directly in front of /ON the food. (wasn’t my order) not only that we were waiting like 30 minutes. Gross all around.

Ordered a pickup order and waiting 5-10 minutes before either employee acknowledged me. Both were moving so slow and one was talking on her phone leaning over to hear the speaker phone while making other customers sandwiches. Ridiculous. Finally got food and when I opened my sub it was made completely wrong. I asked for no tomato or banana peppers and to add pickles. ALL WAS ON THE RECEIPT they just chose to make it however they wanted. Will not be returning.

Best. Food. Ever. I’ll be honest I didn’t have high expectations when I ordered their cheesesteak. Charlie’s down the road had let me down before, but this was delicious. The workers treated me so kindly that I felt like they knew me, and the manager kept things going. Also, the fries are dropped fresh when I get there, so I didn’t eat anything stale. It was super nice and fresh compared to what I’m used to, and I would highly recommend.
Bought the cheesesteak special for National Cheesesteak Day and an order of fries. If you were trying to promote your store, you missed the mark. Could barely see any steak on the bun and it was tasteless. The fries I think were sitting since the day before - cold and some were downright crunchy hard. There was one other person in the store. No surprise. Not sure what happened to your store, because Penn Station cheesesteaks were always my family's favorite. Not so sure anymore.

Gentleman greeted us with a very firm “name”!!!? Horrible greeting!! “ I need a name to enter , before we can do anything “!!! Gave him my name, and then he stood there with a blank look on his face, staring at me! I said I’m sorry do I need to answer any more questions before I order my food? The ham and cheese sandwich was excellent. The french fries were served to me and small bits overcooked I’m sure it was because the manager or whatever he was is was in a bad mood.! While waiting for my food, I witnessed a second customer walk to the counter where he was met with name!! He proceeded to tell the customer who stood with the bill in his hand and we do not take hundred dollar bills , here!! A short conversation, The customer ended with now you’re starting to make me angry! The gentleman who was with two coworkers abruptly turnaround and walked out the door! The ham and cheese sandwich was excellent! The bits of french fries that he served me were overcooked and horrible! I will never return to the store or recommend it to anyone!
Upon entering this establishment I was greeted by the manager James and he got me and my friends in and out very quickly. Great food, staff, and atmosphere all around!
