This review is going to be one to read. BUYER BEWARE-SAFETY CONCERN: My daughter purchased a sandwich from this location towards the end of january twenty twenty four In which there was a Piece of broken plastic And she bit into it which resulted in a Partially broken front tooth. She contacted the store, franchise owner & Corporate to which NOONE has helped resolve. They pretty much hoped she'd go away and so since they want to play a game, negative reviews will commence EVERYWHERE. How pathetic & irresponsible it is as a business franchise owner & Corporation to not reach out, care or try to resolve this issue. We have dentist bills & a picture of the plastic for proof...still.....crickets. She's called & emailed multiple times & just gets blown off or told this is being sent to Corporate. Yeah right...so I will tell you as a current or future customer don't go back there because you could end up in the same situation as my daughter. Word of mouth is a very powerful thing, good or bad.

If you like your teeth and would like them to not break off while biting into your sandwich, I would suggest you to NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. I bit into my italian sub and bit into a piece of hard plastic which broke my tooth. After calling to voice my concern and frustration the store manager Tim did not apologize about the incident, had an attitude, and said “seems like you need to call a dentist not us” I have been trying to resolve this with the store owner Robert for almost two months now & have gotten absolutely no where with 0 resolution or answers. I have $300 in medical bills for having to fix my tooth and severe tooth pain every day, just because I was hungry and wanted a sandwich.

Went here to grab one sub and one fry to go. They coudn't get it right, even though the receipt said the order correctly they proceeded to put whatever they wanted on the sandwhich. Simple order and could't figure it out. We live 30 mins from here. Called the manager and he was more worried about how much we payed and arguing. Reading through the last few reviews seems like common theme at this place. Owner needs to take a look at his employees if they can not figure out one order.

Everything was great. Place was clean. All tables were cleaned off and chairs pushed. Staff was polite and service was fast. Bathroom was clean.

Was there 50 minutes or more as a walk in order to go. Sat, 2/24/24 7:27 pm.2 guys not on the same page. Philly steak sub & 1 Lg. Fry. Worst service ever. 1 employee screaming at the other one in front of all the customers that were there. And they were not that busy. No apology to the customer's 2 customers came in after me, left before me. There Frys sat in the bag 15 minutes before they got there subs.I know because I timed it.1 employee was literally just throwing all condiments on to the sub in anger. This guy may need to find some other type of employment. Or try anger management. The other guy probably will quit. I can't even amagin them trying to work together again. So I posted my pics of Food, was absolutely terrible. Screwed up sub real bad, and the Frys were a mix of burnt & some uncooked potatoes. With nothing in the bag to even mabey make them taste better that I ask for. Ketchup & Malt Vinegar. Not even a napkin. This store should not even be open with only 2 employees. Definitely need 3. And people that care even a little bit would be nice. Had to throw it all away because it was that bad. My advice to you; If you plan on doing the same as me. Don't make the same mistake I did. You go in only see two employee's run... it's to bad they run this store this way because they have everything they need except help. I plan on trying to get my money back. Will see how that goes. Also shouldn't have to pay anything until I receive my food & it's all right. So under the circumstances I was witnessing i would have just walked out.

I stop at this store for lunch/dinner pretty often. Their food is great! Employees are friendly. I would definitely recommend Penn Station! ?

Started getting busy for lunch and were still very pleasant and friendly. She accidentally overcharged me for a sub and I didn't even notice,but she made sure to refund me. Great service.

The manager Tiffany is really rude. We had a small problem with our sandwiches and she laughed at us and told us to call corporate. I’ve worked in food service before and the amount of hatred this lady has towards customers is so unreal. Will NEVER be going here again. The company should be ashamed to have employees like that working for them.

Took 25 minutes to get the food after I ordered. Mananger arguing with another customer about the same issue as I was leaving. That customer ordered before me and still didn't have their food. Just close if you don't have enough people to run the shift. Better to give zero experience than to give a bunch of bad experiences.

Absolutely horrible. I clearly stated no mayo and said it twice. She even repeated it back to me. When I got the sub, I took a bite and there was clearly mayo on it. I almost threw up. I took it back and they said they didn’t put mayo on it and would not make another one or refund my money. One bite was taken out of it. They have horrible staff.

Sign says open at 11 am....their door is locked (11:15) someone in kitcjen made no attempt to even acknowledge us, so we went elsewhere

The food was very tasty. We had the Philly cheese steak. My husband and I got a 6 inch each. The sub bun was a bit small, but it was filled with a lot of of the grilled items. Packed with flavor, I left full and satisfied, but my husband was still hungry.There was a bit of a wait with only 2 staff members working at lunch hour. We waited about 10 minutes for our sub. They were pleasant and did the best they could.
