This is the second time we have ordered pizzas and they are not done. Nothing but dough and toppings. We tried to have it delivered but was going to be an hour wait so we went and picked it up. Now my husband is heading back up there to exchange hoping we get done pizza. And it's already almost 8 pm

This is by far the best Pizza Hut that I have ordered from. The pizza is crispy but soft, the wings are meaty and tasty. I order from here 1-2 times a month since I’ve moved out here.

Used to be loyal to the hut but they are in a hurry to “cook” the pizza. Never cooked all the way through. Papa John’s has no issues doing that

Ordered delivery and it was doughy and definitely undercooked. The cheese sticks tasted like bleach. Usually pizza hut is a decent alternative to other fast food but this store has issues with cooking and cleaning too probably

Order came to 32 dollars said they couldnt break a 50! So 32 dollars and a tip and your drivers cant handle that???? I had to cancel my order cause they couldnt change a 50 is what I was told.🤦♀️someone didnt wanna work.sad time for a new pizza place to order from.

Absolutely do NOT order food from here. You will never recieve it. We are from out of town. I placed an online order for our hotel at 5:51 pm that was supposed to be delivered by 6:29 pm. I put our hotel address in the address section. In the notes I stated the room number and asked for a call. By 7 pm we had never received our food. I called and was told the delivery driver came but couldn't locate us and left. THAT IS A LIE. I never got a phone call and I watched my phone like a hawk because we were starving. No one ever knocked on the door and I never got a call from the front desk. When I called to inquire about the order I was met with complete rudeness and no assistance what so ever. I was cursed at and called a liar. The unprofessionalism was ridiculous and the delivery driver CLEARLY LIED. I don't know what they were actually doing when they should of been on a delivery but it makes me wonder. Absolutely horrible service.

Used to order Pepperoni and cheese pizza from here and only got cheese pizza. Decided to give it a ssecond chance. Ordered a pizza with chicken and mushrooms with pineapple, never got chicken and got super light toppings. Definitely sticking with Marcos Pizza.
I've never had an issue with this Pizza Hut location, and it honestly has had some of the best food I've gotten from Pizza Hut in recent years (not that high of a bar to set). Some menu items are more expensive than I'd like, so definitely look at deals before ordering.
