First time ever visiting Tennessee and our waiter Razvan gave my friend group and I a warm welcome. Service was great, frequently checked on us and overall had a great attitude. Will definitely return!!

I ordered the Southwest Salad. It was very disappointing. Iceber lettuce, 1/4 cup black beans, 1/4 cup corn, and a palm sized dried out (tough as leather) chicken breast. I waited 55 minutes for this dish ( with only 4 other customers in the place at 11:35am).

Food was lousy. Our breakfast bowl had only a few pieces of egg and bacon bits out of a jar. Our salad was old turning brown lettuce. Our burgers and fries. The fries were cooked hours earlier and microwaved. Very soggy fries. When I brought all this up to the boy manager, he could care less. He had a very unprofessional bad attitude. I’ll never go back here ever. You have been warned. Eat at your own risk. There are better places to eat. This is not the place.

We had the best waitress, Courtney. She is very attentive and has the sweetest personality. The food was delicious. Highly recommend.

I often enjoy playing pool and having some reasonably-priced drafts here. Their grilled cheese is amazing, I might add.

That said, it’s a distinctively boomer vibe and usually pretty dead after 8 pm. They have a TouchTunes jukebox, but of all of the hundreds of places I’ve been to with these, this is the most locked-down, restricted and filtered machine I’ve ever seen. It’s not worth spending a dollar on music, because even if they have your song, it plays at about half the volume of the house playlist. Not sure why management even bothers paying to license the service on this.

Order a plain Hamburger , with nothing on it. My wife drives 40 minutes away. we look at has Mayo, Tomatoe. We call too tell them they act like we did that. Manager said the kitchen staff say they didnt do it!!! Well they just lost a returning customer> The manager was rude as hell!!!

Came for an early lunch, and the place was pretty empty. Ordered the sliders with fresh cut fries and a side of the mozzarella sticks. Delicious! Service is not so great as once we got our food, we did not get any drink refills or check on us at all. Which is disappointing as we love this place! I am sitting here waiting to get a Togo box and pay for my bill...
