Honestly, I’ve never received such a small portion in my life. I’ve had more to eat in a lunchable box. I’ve gotten this wrap a million times and never have I received a 3” long wrap with the wrong wrap even (which is fine) what’s not fine with the fact I got a 3 bite wrap for $6.75.

Unfortunately I witnessed the guy making my juice put in two apples without removing the sticker. I didn't get a chance to say something before the apple went in and didn't have time to wait for the juice to be remade. Complete waste of money. Had to pitch the juice.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION. I STOP ALL THE TIME. NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY STAFF MEMBER GIVING ME AN ATTITUDE AND I HAVE A 5 OR 6-ITEM ORDER WHEN I GO IN. (SOMETIMES I AM ORDERING FOR AN OFFICE)..YOU SHOULD DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP IN THIS LOCATION... YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

the people could be friendlier but the food is great and prices are great.

The attitude was ridiculous! I came in looking forward to have lunch with friends and take my coworkers a nice treat I even placed an order ahead to give them time to make it and I came in to place an order for my self and heard the one girl talking about how mad she was she got a 5 drink order that I placed. I feel like it’s a bit disrespectful and you never know who’s is walking in to pick up what so yeah it made me a little upset made me feel like I was an inconvenience. when it’s literally your job. Also when I was waiting for my order to be taken I waited at the counter with the girl in front of me just stared at the register screen. Did not greet me or say anything about giving them a minute or anything along those lines. She then proceeded to walk away and a gentleman has to stop what he was doing to then take my order. I just don’t understand why just because she’s having a bad day she had to take it out on me and other customers. When I then grabbed my order when I picked up the online order I said thank you and she just shoved it on the counter and walked away. I’m just saying I work in customer service and I know how it can be but I would never take out my own attitude or personal issues on a customer if they had nothing to do with it to begin with.

Bad attitudes must be a job requirement to work at a Pulp shop LOL. I thought the one in North Canton was bad. I can say I haven't had a bad smoothie yet.

I have been to pulp the past three days and the workers have had horrible attitude. Smoothies are good, but a greeting, smile, or you’re welcome would be nice.

Prices are outrageous, 9 dollars for a regular is wild. They were very quiet and I didn't hear them well, also smelled like a toilet.
