Extremely unfriendly staff. From the moment I placed my order, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. No greeting, no courtesy—just attitude. They slammed things around the entire time, making the experience uncomfortable. If you’re looking for good service, this is not the place.

I came in today 10am to buy 5 gift cards. I said good morning to the young lady and she just starred at me. How can I help you. No friendly service. I paid for the cards and she just walked away. I said “ you’re welcome”. She kept walking. Shameful

Second time coming to this location. Service has been an issue both times. Not sure we will visit this location again

Made both mine and my partner’s smoothie wrong after waiting about 30+ minutes in a line of 2 people in front of me. They also gave me the wrong size… not one to usually leave reviews but as someone who works in the food industry I’m disappointed to say the very least. Wong be back to this location ever again.

because our dr office ordered and doordashed 9 drinks with different things in all of them, and when they arrived at our place of business it was 9 drinks but none of them were labeled what was what and multiple drinks looked the same. Once the store was called they said they couldn't do anything about it 60 plus dollars worth of drinks and they said we should of asked them to label them. Also the girl on the phone was rude and very uncaring about the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog worst business ever!!!!

Stopped in and ordered to smoothies and 2 avocado turkey wraps for $30, drove all the way home (30 min away)and found 2 pieces of very long black hair ROLLED into the lunch meat (cut in 1/2) so it was hanging out of both of the wraps? and the avocado looked old,mushy,& brown. NEVER AGAIN!

We were just at Pulp in North Canton. Every time we order a bowl it’s liquid. I ordered an açaí bowl again thinking it would be different. It was all liquid. I even took a video of it. This is ridiculous.

Always a pleasure going into the local pulp. Staff is always very friendly and food and smoothies are always fresh! Highly recommend this pulp location for a healthy well priced lunch or snack!

Payed 6 dollars for a regular and she didn't even fill it up all the way.... RIDICULOUS. Two inches of space at the top left. Would take a picture if this thing would let me.

Chicken wrap has "fake chicken" the kind that's processed and has air bubbles in itGinger shot is expensive $4.50. inspired me to get a juicer and make my own.
