Young lady bartender needs to be fired tonight. Went there for dinner and told the waitress I wanted a tall beer in an unfrosted mug. She came back and said they can't do that because all their mugs are iced up. I told her to tell the lady to just run a little cold water in the mug and draw the beer. She said the bartender couldn't do that so I got and addressed the bartender. She told me she couldn't do that because the glass would shatter. I told her it wouldn't and I've ordered it that way for years there. Ast to talk to the manage but she wouldn't let me. I thought the customer was always right. When we go back the next time, if she is bartender I'll make sure to see the manager first.

Ruby (Bartender) is the best! My second time here, she immediately grab my beer, and placed my order - without even asking me! Phenomenal service! I feel like Norm, from Cheers! Everytime I am in N. Canton, I eat here (once or twice a month since August 2024)!

I get 15 or 20 flats with Mango Habanero, the GOOD blue cheese and a Yuengling Flight (I guess this is going away 😭).

One of THE BEST hot wing restaurants in the State! Food is fantastic with so many different sauce flavors to choose from. The service is always fast and friendly. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

The quality of the Quaker steak and lube brand has declined considerably over the years. Our visit today gave us “mummy “ chicken wings with sauce mummy because over half the wings were dryer than the Sahara. Our server was good, but there was just enough missed that it took the 5th star away. The restaurant was somewhat clean, could use a deep clean. Especially the zen pouches in the urinals.
