Excellently crafted beer, the food at the restaurant was fantastic and the staff was courteous and friendly. A group of friends of us travel to Ohio specifically to try this after hearing about it from some friends. Definitely worth the trip from Pittsburgh. Can’t wait to go back!!
Other than the side plates needed cleaned, the Cuban and Brisket sandwiches were really good. We were early, so the place was not crowded and was pleasantly quite.
Stopped in for dinner on a rainy spring evening. The dining area is large and open, a little noisy but not bad. Happened to get in just before Happy Hour ended. The food was decent, my wife enjoyed her salmon, but the best was the deep fried deviled egg appetizer. It's kind of like a scotch egg, but with the white breaded, and the yolk pureed with avocado and the piped on top. Beer was typical, not worth a special trip but not disappointing either. Service was prompt and friendly.
Says they're open till 5 online but they are not
Lately we have been trying different Craft Breweries and so glad we made a stop here. Great selection of beers on tap & everyone found their favorite. Excellent appetizers and a great menu. Outstanding service with pleasant, knowledgeable staff who could not have been nicer. We will absolutely return and highly recommend this gem.
I met an old friend for drinks and dinner. We ordered the brushetta flatbread which was amazing. The burgers were delicious and the drinks were good. But the standout of the night was our server Ciera. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She invited us to sit by the fire outside before we left and even brought us a fresh pitcher of water as we stretched the evening out relaxing by the fire. She was attentive all evening. Royal Docks should be very proud of this employee.
First of all, I will crave their salads and the southwest flatbread until the end of time. Second of all, Kelsey is the best server! She’s so down to earth and made my experience perfect!!
We used to enjoy coming here to meet friends and enjoy the patio and outdoor fire pit. We frequent a lot of breweries. Mostly now serving their own beer from cans and either out of or have limited beers on tap. Prices have seemed to get higher and are more than most other breweries.
Beer isn't bad, even though I've only tried two kinds. Food is average. Far too pricey for what you get. Take for instance their Fish and Chips dinner, I know a place where the fish is better. You get three pieces of beer battered fish, (not the 2 piece preformed triangle you get here), fries of your choice and creamy coleslaw for around $10.00 versus over $15.00. That's not including a drink. I've been here twice......No More.
My sister stopped here to pick up food and a few beers since we were in the area for her job during the Pandemic. We had a few different beers which we enjoyed and the food was good, Fries and the Mediterranean Flatbread (delicious as I am a vegetarian). Very friendly staff during pick up. Would try again if ever in the area.

Went here for the first time this week and was very impressed. Did a flight of samples and all were pretty good. Toasted marshmallow milk stout was fantastic! One of the staff even brought us some free toasted marshmallows. Ploughman's platter, pretzel and truffle tots were all delicious. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
