Upon our arrival my with my young family at 9:30AM we put in our reservation. We were informed it would be a 20 minute wait. At 10:15 after waiting almost an hour, our name was called. Great! We stood up and were then told, "No, I dont have anything for you its reservations only after 10AM." Why would we not be honored after arriving early and waiting patiently? We were dismissed from the restaurant as though we should have known better somehow. If we had been informed upon arrival it wasnt looking good for a table I would have more than understood and moved onto another restaurant. This is not how you treat a customer and Samanthas should be ashamed of the customer service they display. We certainly will not be returning, but based on how they treat their customers, I'm sure that wont bother them.Take your business elsewhere, where your patronage is valued and appreciated!!

Love the big menu. Always fun to decide what to want. Service was slow and she forgot a bunch of things we clearly ordered, but she brought them quick. Just stinks waiting soooo long when you bring your kids. They were quite busy so maybe that was it.

The service was terrible and we asked what was taking so long and the waitress said they had a cook who just got back from being sick and have a new system. We waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our food and then we asked our waitress again if our food was coming and she said they still hadn't even started making our order. We asked to talk to a manager or to have meal taken off and the waitress was rude and said no they wouldn't do that because they would have to do that for everyone. We never saw a manager and so we left after an hour and a half of no food and terrible customer service. We will not be back to Samantha's or recommend to others.

Visited on Friday with my daughter and my teen granddaughters and ordered breakfast and waited over an hour and found out they never made our food! We asked for a manager and no manager ever came! The waitress was not very attentive even though we told her we knew it was not her fault! We finally told our waitress we were leaving! PS. the waitress said there were 3 cooks there and one didn't know how to use the new computer ticket ordering system instead of the old paper ticket system but 2 cooks did so NO Excuse!!! Will NEVER go there again!!! Want to do no stars but could not post w/o rating a star!

Food is great here! The cuisine has a Southern California feel and is quite tasty! I just love the Mexicali Benedict! Service had always been amazing with this super young brunette server... (I need to get her name) Last time I went with 2 of my sons we got sat in the back wall by the coffee station with a different server (blonde maybe 24 yearsold) service was super slow and inattentive. Got our food and it was lukewarm cuz it had been sitting. Gotta try it though. It's usually top notch.04/03/204 I am not sure what is going on with Samantha's. I have considered this place the top breakfast in the area for years. I tell everybody about it, and take any visitors there to eat. Today my wife and I sat and waited at least an hour for our food. Since they got rid of the AMAZING MexiCali benedict, I had to try something new. I chose the chorizo savory waffle. I gotta say... it was bad. It is supposed be on a "cheddar" waffle, there was nothing cheddar about the waffle. The waffle was soggy and slightly sweet. The chorizo did not taste the same as chorizo I have had there before. It was very bland and tasted like plain ground pork. The jalapeño ranch was non existant. I have always loved this place but right now I am not feeling the value any more. The creativity and variety have always been amazing... just gotta get back to what it once was, years back.

Came in with a friend after work. Atmosphere was quite. Where the entrance is located had to wait because there is a massive wall blocking us. As we were being seated. Table was not wiped off. When he did wipe it off he wiped it onto the seats. Having to wipe seats off ourselves. Waitress was pleasant. Although she did not introduce herself. Sarah S was her name on the receipt. Waited a long while for the food. Food was OK not great. Portion size good for 1. Wanted a drink and had mentioned it at the beginning of being seated. Did not get 1. Waitress passed us quit a few times did not ask if we were OK. Or I our meals were good. Was asked at time of bringing us the bill if we wanted a refill on drinks. Did not ask if we wanted desert. Didn't tell us happy Easter. We will not be back unfortunately
