This store is pretty notorious for being slow, getting orders wrong, etc. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered a sausage burrito, nothing special, no custom order... I have no idea what they gave me, but it was that. And they didn't give me a receipt, so Sonic customer service says they can't do anything. I love Sonic, but this store is a mess.

Terrible experience. After waiting 14 minutes at the drive up parking spot, me and another car decided to just go in the drive thru where we waited an additional 8 minutes(I was in front of him at this point so that poor guy waited longer) just for someone to tell me in a rude tone "wait a minute". After ordering it was an another 5 minute wait just for me to get the wrong order.

Took over 30 minutes for us to get our food after waiting in a line of 3 cars that also took 20 minutes, low staffed all the time and could not remember the proper order.

THE WORST SONIC DRIVE-IN. Don’t even waste your time. You will spend 1hr drive thru and a minimum 45min to get your online order. Staffs are rude and there is this young girl staff who stays on her phone talking to someone, while 3 cars are in line. To top that off, she was very rude. We had an online order and we waited at the speaker window for 15mins and decided to drive to the window to get an order. We drove past this young lady STANDING OUTSIDE THE STORE ON HER CELLPHONE!! After another 10mins waiting at the window, she finally decided to go back to work and open the window and yelled at us for going straight to the window. ITS EITHER THEY NEED A NEW MANAGEMENT OR CLOSE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! —03/28/2025– 5pm.

This is the third chance we have given this location in the last 6 months. This will be their last and final chance. We just wanted a quick snack and chili cheese tots sounded good. The tots were ice cold and hard as a rock, they even smelled old and freezer burnt. The chili had obviously not been stirred and was globbed cold and congealed on the side. My husband's coney was more bread than hot dog, and was cold with that same old, cold chili. For $14 for a coney, tots and two drinks the least you could do was cook the food fresh. So sad as sonic has always been one of my favorite fast food places. Please take my advice and skip this place or you will regret it.

40 minutes in drive thru!!!! With only 2 cars, one employee that I could see food was burnt and chocolate fingerprints all over strawberry shake which tells me hands were not washed between customers !! 16$ for food that was thrown out!!!!

They need help management has issues. Needs an overhaul by corporate. Has been good at times but lately service is very slow shouldn't take 20 minutes to get thru the drive through. And even the car service is slow.

Horrible service! I went here with my grandma and 2 brothers and we waited about 30 minutes to atleast get someone to take our order and there was only 1 other car. Not to mention the intercom was broken, so I pulled to the window. A very annoyed woman came to the window saying there was only 2 people working. I ordered 2 raspberry slushies, a vanilla milkshake, and a brownie blast. The worker didn’t even say how much it is nor give us a receipt. I waited for an additional 10 minutes while she made our drinks, and when it came out the “slushies” were literally shaven ice with barely any flavor, and my grandma’s vanilla milkshake was entirely too thick you couldn’t even sip it. The blasts i’ve ordered previously all came with a spoon but I got a straw and couldn’t sip it. Not to mention my cup was a mess with icecream all over it making it sticky. Def do NOT reccomend.

Nothing is ever cooked completely here. They barely keep it running. You can't even call the store if there's a problem. I could've bought the same quality food at Walmart for a fraction of the price and it would be fresh instead of cold. I got food poisoning on my last visit. Never again.

Hate this location. Always slow. Never have workers. I waited almost an hour to pick up my online order. Had to leave before even getting my food. That I had already paid for. Sad to see some of these reviews are from 6months ago. And this place is still running how it is. They need to get a new owner!
