Stopped in at the north canton location. , it’s been sometime since I been there , because of rude employees . But the lady that took my order was such a sweet heart early this afternoon! The gentleman that brought our food out was well mannered and very polite , they were really busy but he made time to have a conversation with us! This is the customer service we missed! While the food and the milkshakes were awesome… the ordering process needs to be improved. The drive up menus where you press the button to get someone to take your order don’t work very well. And we were not there at a busy time (2pm on a Saturday) After 2 attempts and no response we moved to the Drive Thru, our order was taken right away but the wait for the milkshakes was wayyyy wayyy to long… I guess we should be glad that their shake machine wasn’t broke.
