I was in roughly 30 minutes ago. Had some issues with my payment method- had to leave get corrected and was able to go back in a few minutes later to retrieve/pay for my order. I was completely chaotic and all over the place. The cashier working the register couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. Thank you Amanda for understanding and having grace with me through it all. Greatly appreciated!!

Though our drinks were fine there was a staff member with long hair taking it out of a bun then constantly putting it back up. I literally seen hair floating the air. 😩
Starbucks, my favorite meeting place!! When I shop at Kroger’s in Gahanna, I always get a Warm Chai Latte to shop. When I visit Canton, Ohio to see friends and family, where do we meet so everyone can get their favorites. STARBUCKS!!! They ARE EVERYWHERE!! Which is a blessing. If I go thru a drive- thru, I always pour my Warm Chai Latte into my favorite cup and thank God for this blessing!! Keep creating more everywhere, even at Heaven’s door!!!

Today was a release day for a seasonal item, and they refuse to sell me the item, despite having more in stock and having more inventory of that item when I questioned the associate working the tall dude with glasses, short brown hair, dark eyes who was working the morning shift this morning at 4:30 AM

This is the third time I've delivered an order from here and the drink spills all over my car, please start actually putting effort into packaging orders securely, this negatively impacts drivers and it's frankly really annoying constantly having to clean up poorly packaged orders, even McDonald's does better

I dropped off an order for 20+ drinks, picked them up an hour later. They were ready, well marked and packaged nicely for travel back to the office. They even helped me load into my car. Staff was super friendly & made a somewhat stressful undertaking an absolute breeze.
