This has been my favorite Starbucks for many years. The service and drinks have always been excellent. Lately, I've been using the drive-thru more often, but I used to enjoy working remotely and having coffee inside. I was disappointed today to find the remodel quite stark and uninviting. The limited seating and enclosed feeling, along with the new wall, created a less welcoming atmosphere than before. This location used to have such a pleasant and vibrant ambiance.

Usually SUPER fast, always friendly, and I've never gotten an incorrect or gross order. 💚 The staff really makes this place though. They're so friendly and feel like visiting a little community. They seem to genuinely enjoy being there and it's nice to see them cleaning, joking together, and working together to get orders out quickly.

Went from 5 stars to 1 after the remodel. Wait time in drive thru has gone up significantly despite being told by workers that having no in store down customers was less of a distraction! I avoid coming here when I can. It's terrible that the owner ruined the entire vibe and that the service is so poor now.

They didn't have enough workers. They made one of the drinks and it sat for like 30 mins before I got the other one so the ice had melted and started getting watery.

Walked in (7th of September), and it was very busy. The staff took one order and nobody received anything for the 10 minutes we waited. Walked out and will not be back. This used to be the best Starbucks, but now they are worse than Alliance. Only rated service and atmosphere due to not being waited on.

Supper sad to not be able to do get my work done in the amazing atmosphere unfortunately the closest one with great seating is now in Jackson. There’s another good one in green. If anyone has new recommendations on where to get work done would love to hear.

Hands down, the baristas make the difference. They have a little barista, a brunette who is so personable, uplifting, and friendly.

All of the dine in seating has been removed. Not really sure how you take a busy, always packed Starbucks and just yank all the tables out. Don't go expecting to sit down. I don't know where this trend came from of removing dining rooms from restaurants but it's maddening. This is not what I expect from a Starbucks experience ESPECIALLY in a college town.

This location had been redesigned. All indoor seating has been removed. There is outdoor seating.

"ok since you placed your order 33 seconds ago, we haven't started it yet" ... was the reply from the barista when my wife came through the drive through and said she placed an order and that she knows it won't be ready just yet. lovely customer service from someone who should rather be at mcdonald's with that tone.
