I understand when it's busy, but not having a car before me, ordering a breakfast sandwich and a frappuccino shouldn't have been an issue. Attitude look when asking how to use the card when pushed out the window not seeing where to swipe not having a chip, then the whipped cream on when told no whipped cream and that lady coming over and didn't hear no whipped cream. reminded me of why I do not order that often

Extremely rude staff. I was shorted drinks on my order and they were VERY confrontational about it. 5 employees on shift and only 1 was actually working. AVOID.

Service is VERY slow. Waited (stuck) in drive thru behind one car after ordering the ham and swiss croissant, which they were out of. Just had to sit and wait because there's no escape from the drive thru lane. Even worse, this is not the only time they have been out of the croissant. In fact, I've only been able to get it at this location once. I'm done trying here. There are other Starbucks stores close enough if I want to get the croissant in the future.
