If it were a complicated drink, it’s forgivable, but for something thrown into an air fryer and handed out the window, they need to do better.

Sat 30 -40 minutes got to the window and my order still wasn’t ready not trying to be rude but wasn’t a lot of cars in line and after waiting so long they should of been finished I got so aggravated I pulled out with half my stuff because they took so long

I love them. They’re so sweet in there. I just think they struggle a little with foam. 😂 my venti drink was like half foam half drink today. Its okay though.

I order a tall every time I come here, and several times now I've been charged for a tall (12 ounces) and have been given a much smaller 8 ounce cup. I can understand this happening once, but I've been being charged for something larger than what I'm being given more than once now.
