I order a tall every time I come here, and several times now I've been charged for a tall (12 ounces) and have been given a much smaller 8 ounce cup. I can understand this happening once, but I've been being charged for something larger than what I'm being given more than once now.
To the person at the Main Street north canton location who made my drink I picked up in drive thru today Jan 31st 2025 thank you for the note on my cup out of every location first time someone has done that the little thing someone does to start off someone's day thank you so much appreciated it
The normally great service at this location was very slow. Our order of 2 drinks had to be looked for 3 times despite being confirmed at the ordering speaker as mobile and my name correctly. The cars in front of us were also waiting some time for their orders. One of our drinks was made incorrectly but thankfully not with real dairy so we just dealt with it.
