Got home with the sub we picked up…. Wasn’t even wrapped properly… not impressed they were out of EVERYTHING. Even my bacon was still ice cold…. I wouldn’t go back to this location unless it was someone else working at the time it was two younger girls do better… :(

I’ve given this subway about 5 different chances on different days of the week now. The service at this subway isn’t the worst I’ve been to but it’s close. From rude staff, to inaccurate orders, to long wait times for online, and they try to rush you through the line like you’re taking their time away because you’re making them work. It’s definitely not somewhere you want to go, especially now that they have raised prices and lowered portion sizes on their ingredients…just go somewhere else.
Walked into this establishment and the older guy working is such an a$$, rude and disrespectful! If you do not like to work with the community don’t work there. Simple! I will be angry to if I looked like that.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen that worked today! I’m not sure who they were, but everything in the store was great! It was quick, the food was fresh, and they were helpful. Very polite and kind!

So much for a 6 inch sub lol. I made a comment about it looking like a kid size and the guy working realized he didn’t put the correct amount of turkey. Barely 5 inches and a sloppy mess.

I arrived a few minutes after the store opened on 7/28/23 to get a sub for my lunch.The employee working here was absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with. For a business that relies on customers, they need to get rid of this person immediately. I asked him how he was and he ignored me. I them commented on the weather. He proceeded to say " oh great the warm weather makes us busier" I told him we'll that will make his day go faster. He proceeded to say "not if you have to work over." He slammed things around the entire time he was making my sub. This customer service was absolutely horrible! I should have walked out and gone somewhere else to buy my lunch. We all have bad days, but this was totally unprofessional.
