Had the worst experience ever. I’ve always went to this swensons for years and had the worst service the other day. I waited 40 min for a single cheeseburger. When I received the cheeseburger it was so flat. Looked like someone deliberately smashed it. Was flatter than McDonalds lol, and was over 5 bucks for that burger alone. They forgot to put cheese on as well. Very disappointed. Swensons has gone so far downhill, was there every week to now maybe twice a year.

Went there for lunch today. I'm really disappointed. The galleyboy is your flagship burger, and it was not good at all. I have been going to different swensons for most of my adult life. This was by far the worst I have experienced. Someone, please show the kids that are cooking how to build a burger. Drowning in sauce and flat as pancake is not how it should look or taste. The potato teasers and the service were great. Please fix the burger.
Food here is way better than most fastfood. Good selection of sides. I had fried zucchini sticks and my husband had fried mushrooms. They were hot, fresh, and oh sooo good. Everyone was very friendly.
