Forget several things of my order went back and still forgot a taco and forgot ingredients on them

Anytime my office orders from here there is a problem. The last 2 times there was a missing item, and one time 2 of us had to wait 15 minutes for an order that was placed to be ready by a specific time, and with limited lunch break time this is very frustrating.

Dave King is the worst area coach this district has ever seen & maybe the reviews will get better if he were to be fired but for now my prayers are with everybody who has to deal with him.

There was food all over the floor. Staff walked around food on the floor. It wax dirty Never going back. Disgusting.

I couldn’t order LJS from the screen, so I had to wait until someone finally came to the register. A young lady looked at me like I was ruining her day by asking her to work. No smile, she never asked if she could help or take my order—nothing. The restaurant was filthy, with zero clean tables.

20 minutes for my order, which was short two shrimp and coleslaw. Employees were every bit of inconsiderate and rude. And the dining area was a filthy mess. It's actually too bad, it was a decent place to eat at, at one time.

When I came here a couple weeks ago at about 8:30pm, I ordered a 3 pc fish with a side of hush puppies instead of what it came with. I also ordered extra hush puppies. Moral of the story, I got home and didn’t get the extra hush puppies, and the food that I did receive had obviously been under heat for several hours. Everything was rock hard and inedible. I understand it was 8:30pm, but if you’re going to allow new orders I think people should get something that wasn’t kept warm for long enough to turn into a rock.

This facility is serving rancid chicken!
My husband brought home chicken chalupas that were in a Taco Bell bag that looked like someone had 3 thrown the tacos in it. There was lettuce and toppings in the bag. We thought nothing of that because the Chalupas were still rapped in paper, the crunchy beef taco was fine, but as soon as I opened the chalupa package and bit down, there was a horrible taste of spoiled chicken and I immediately spit it out! This is FOOD poisoning! We had gone to this location just the other day and had no issues, that is why we returned. I called the store , spoke to a child who claimed to be a manager, he did not give his name when asked, then hung up after telling him of this issue.

Hush puppies and fries were all hard as rocks!!! Came inside to order. Girl was really nice. Watched 8 cars get served at the drive thru while I stranded there and waited on what was obviously not fresh food. You could at least try....

Just got it delivered..everything cold missing a taco large freeze about half way full also burrito had little to no meat in it literally at the very end of the burrito and this isn’t the first time that this location has messed up and not just a little. It’s also a Long John silvers I’d say about a month ago ordered about 12 hush puppies and a couple other things the hush puppies were not edible and were as hard as a rock I couldn’t even bite into any …So needless to say my experience with this location sucks and I still was never reimbursed for the previous mess up ..unfortunately all that happens is get DoorDash credits but you end up having to pay delivery again so it’s pointless but yea I’d definitely check my bag before leaving there. The long John silvers time I actually went through the drive thru and wasn’t delivered..kinda mind blowing how it’s that difficult to function in a Taco Bell smh. As you can tell they pissed me off 😡

Why sell me a drink as a large that has less soda than a small can or small from anywhere else's. What's up with this ice? Did someone drop these employees on their heads a few too many times? Only half baked?
