Worst taco bell ever. Don't make sick employees work and handle food all day. Also the manager, Theresa, is the worst manager in that place. Night crew is a mess and doesn't care about their jobs. Is it too much to ask for you to show a little professionalism while at work? No, I dont think so. Get a better crew.

North American Film Festival

We often drive by our areas two other Taco Bell locations to get to this one. It's VERY well run. It's clean and it seems to be appropriately staffed most of the time. The employees are kind, the food is prepared as its supposed to be, not burnt or under-done and if you ask for something (like no lettuce) they get the order RIGHT!

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and it is unfortunately my most local location. I have been here at least 50 times in the past 10 years and it is very rare for them to get an order right. Tonight, they gave me the wrong order at the drive thru and after going in to get the correct order, I had to go back in to get all of my food. And the value of the food we get for the cost has disappeared.

Ordered online from there, the order was messed up, missing drinks and some food. The drive thru workers were very rude and seemed completely lost on what to do. Plus, it has become very expensive, you are better off getting food from an authentic restaurant for the price you will be paying.

This has to be the worst Taco bell/Long John silvers in the entire area! Everything we ordered was over cooked and not worth buying. We thought after last time that maybe it was a fluke and won't be making that mistake again. The fish meals tasted like old grease, the fries and hush puppies were hard and old and had more crumbs than anything! The steak and cheese poblano rolled cheese quesadilla was a new item we would never order again. The baja blast obviously needs its syrup changed and was more water than flavor. The hard taco looked like someone made it an hour ago then put it in the bag. I can count on one hand how many times we've gotten good food at this location. Had to go through the line 3 times to get all our food on top of everything. Things need to be improved here very badly!

We stopped for a quick lunch and I can definitely say the crew on this shift are great. I got a mexican pizza with chicken and jalapeno sauce added. It was made perfectly and the ingredients were spread evenly. We heard the manager praising the crew and they definitely earned it. Thanks guys!

I don't order from here very often, but the times I did they always forgot an item. Chips and cheese, cinnamon twists usually a small add on item. It has happened at least 3 times. I don't usually go back because I discover it when I get home. ( my fault for not checking before driving away) i will not be back. Frustrating that they simple just need to check the order before handing it off. Dont recommend this location.

7/10 times I get food here my order is wrong . Ordered a chalupa and got a soft taco. My cheese on my quesidilla is never melted. Nacho cheese is cold. Ridiculous

I have been to this NMain location twice.Both time the communication skills were lacking in taking my order.Today I ordered 2 crispy chicken burrritos with avacado. I knew the order was wrong by the total cost. They assured me it was right.I was hungry and the two tacos were not sufficient for my needs.I am very disappointed! I am a long time customer but today was such a let down.

I frequently order from here and go through the drive thru. Every time I go my order is incorrect or missing items. I door dash it as well and I always get my food with no drinks. When I order the grilled cheese burrito it never comes with the melted cheese on top. I called to figure out who's responsible for missing drinks (them or doordash) its them. So of course you don't get a drink unless you go to the store after dashing it. It's a bit ridiculous. During the call music is blasting in the store. Therefore it sounds like no one is taking their job seriously. They're too busy doing other things to focus/check on food and get it correct.

The manager Chad , fixed my order right away when his coworker messed up my burrito, I was really upset because my orders are wrong here a lot but his service made up for it, I will be coming back.

Had to pull around and wait 10 minutes for my food. Then after all of that time, they didn't bring everything out. So I had to go inside to get what they had forgot.

If I could give zero stars for a few of these I would. Brought my daughter and husband here, after a volleyball game to have a late lunch . Spent $52 at this establishment and the food was meh. Have the stuff had almost no toppings. But the part that made us pack up our food was an employee, not sure if she was working or not brought her children in, demanded the people behind the counter to make her food while she went out and left her children in the building . My 10 year old daughter was so upset and said we will never go back to this Taco Bell again .
