Our server, Merissa (?), provided excellent service. The food was, as always, very satisfying and I truly enjoy the event specific menu (Lent, halloween, Christmas, etc). The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, even when not decorated for a holiday or event.

The fruit cup was old, dried out and the pineapple was unedible. It took a long time to be seated, even longer to be waited on, I actually had to stop someone and ask to have my order taken. 🙁

We sat at the bar, had a wonderful bartender. She was very pleasant and we enjoyed having her. it was at the Christmas pop-up bar. She kept everybody happy.

We went here for the Christmas bar on a Monday at 8:30pm. When we arrived they had at least 6+ 4 Top tables available for seating. Two of us arrived first, the other two were 15 mins behind. They wouldn’t seat us but directed us to the bar… okay, I get it. That’s their policy around the Holiday season. We find two seats at the bar and proceed to wait 10 minutes with no service or recognition. At this rate, our other two are only a couple of minutes away so we leave the bar and wait up front. Once we get seated (Still plenty of 4 Top tables available) they only have food menus. Christmas bar that literally didn’t have enough cocktail menus. Which is what everyone is there for! We wait 10 minutes AGAIN at our table, no service. At this point we decided to leave. Super unfortunate experience all around. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want any sort of attentive service. Total of 25 minutes or so spent there with zero service and zero drinks.
