I come here all the time because the coffee and matcha is delicious! The baristas are always so sweet and fun to chat with, I especially had a great experience with Belle. she was so sweet when I was having an issue with my card, and covered my drink for me! Would highly recommend!
Staff is friendly but they could use a refresher on how to make a proper latte. Every time I order one from here it’s watery with no foam.

Such good and unique coffee roasts. You don't need fancy sweeteners with their coffee, it's just good!! Their staff are so friendly at this location and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Go to coffee stop!!

For me. Coffee was fantastic. I've tried the Elvis and Funky Monkey (hot) and both really good! Wife gets some kind of iced few of this some of that and she really likes it. There coffee really shines through. Great tasting

The cinnamon roll coffee was very tasty. I had a very nice experience here. Plenty of seating. Rating 3 stars bc of the amount of single use coffee cups and plates here. No ceramic option and they will not accept your own cup if you bring one. Disappointed to see the amount of waste going into landfills.
Wonderful. Fabulous. Dairy free lovers unite! Macadamia milk is an excellent substitute, and Tremont is the only place to find it! If I could give them 10 stars, I'd give them 100 or 1,000. From one small business to another - you're killing it, tremont.

Today was my first time try Tremont Coffee on my way into work. Still getting used to this area and needed something other than Starbucks or Dunkin. The woman at the register was WONDERFUL!! Told her it was my first time there, what I needed taste wise and she was a big help! Great energy, very kind. I ordered the Malibu Barbie. Delicious!!! I’m sad that my anxiousness caused me to forget to look for a name tag, wish I knew who she was. Thank you for your help and to all of your staff for all you do. Great work!

I usually have great service at Tremont. I love to come here because they offer MANY sugar-free syrups, fabulous drinks and the baristas know me as I frequent here often enough.
Unfortunately, on Saturday, at The Tremont in N.Canton I was the only person waiting in line - 1 car in the drive-thru, and there were 3 baristas behind the counter plus a person on the drive-thru. 2 of the baristas saw me waiting; and didn't acknowledge me - Say ANYTHING! They kept talking to each other about one losing his Ray Ban sunglasses. Didn't turn around to even smile, or say we'll be right with you. 🫩
Then when the barista did come to ask me for my order, she didn't smile, ask me how my day was going, or ask if I had a rewards number- which I do.
She also looked like she had just climbed out of bed and arrived at work. Huge lounge pants and an oversized t-shirt, unkempt hair that hadn't been brushed.
A casual workplace is wonderful; but her attitude and attire weren't on point for your wonderful community-based coffee shop.
I'm sure you have a dress code.. even if all your employees wore your skull Tremont Coffee Shirts, that would be a great casual look. 😀
