The only thing preventing this from being an easy 5 star establishment is the coffee - it's decent, and they do free refills, but the quality doesn't match the rest of the food. I've been here several times and will be back in the future!

I called on 12/21/25 at 3:51 pm to simply ask if The Christmas Pop Up Bar was open since this telephone number is listed on the website. The first time I called they were speaking so fast I could not understand what was being said so I called back, and whatever HAG answered the phone basically yelled and told me “This isn’t the Pop Up Today, This is Twisted Citrus we close at 3.” Acceptable answer but her tone was disgusting and I really hope she’s not treating your customers that way. I have eaten there a couple times in the past and the food is subpar at best so I would recommend a step up in the quality of your customer service. My deepest apologies for calling a BUSINESS with a CUSTOMER QUESTION. I certainly will not make that mistake at your “establishment” again.

Previous review: Something has happened here it seems in the last few weeks based on previous reviews. I’ve been going to twisted citrus for years and have always had a delicious meal. Service has always been good and this is my go to spot for out of town guests. Today we came in at 1:30 and it was busy, but took like 20 minutes to get seated. No big thing, I get it. We get seated in the bar area and the bartender is our waitress but she’s only the waitress for us. Everyone else in the bar has another waitress which I found odd. She comes over drops drinks and we don’t see her again for awhile. She finally comes back for the order and we order an omelette, chicken and waffles, and corned beef hash. Mind you. We have gotten these meals before and loved them. 45 minutes later, waitress has not been back and we are starving. I go up to the front and ask them to please check with the kitchen to see how much longer our food will be and I’m very kind about it. About 10 minutes after that our meal comes out. My husbands potatoes are cold. His omelettes cheese isn’t even melted and my chicken and waffles is like two chicken strips on top of a soggy waffle with cold fries. We ask for the check immediately when the waitress finally comes by because we don’t know if we will see her again and book it out of there. Genuinely have no idea what happened because this is just so not what we are used to, but it looks like other reviews over the last few weeks are saying similar things. I hope whatever is happening is a blip and things get back to normal because that would be a huge loss for our community.
