The workers at Zepp's pizza need to learn how to put sauce and cheese on a pizza. First, you start the sauce in the center of the pizza and rotate in a circular motion to the outer part of the pizza. Less sauce is batter too much sauce was on the pizza. As for the cheese, it should be spread completely evenly over the pizza. I've been making pizza for years, and I learned this in Italy. We buys zepps pizza and chicken once a week at least. The last two times have been horrible. Chicken taste different and is overcooked. When we called they just said nothing has changed. We will be ordering somewhere else from now on. The pizza is still good though.
They clearly don't bother reading any customization on the specialty pizzas. wrong sauce, wrong toppings.
