This location best thing is they super friendly. They are locating in a truck stop (Truck World) you can also shopping after eating some travel items. Big complex nice people clean are and proffessional management in late hours eighter.

I dont like to do this and have given multiple chances for them to get it right. I work less than a min from there and start at 830. I pull in I am the only car in line at 818 I am still sitting here at 831 late for work

Was here earlier today and witnessed an employee cussing out the manager due to her simply asking for help. She was bouncing from station to station preparing orders an remained professional despite how he was talking to her. It was very unprofessional on the employee's part and she definitely deserves a raise if she's going to be working her position an his too.

The employees here are pure rude. To start off we waited for half an hour then I asked for our money back refused to give it back and continued to argue with me. We finally got our food after 45 minutes it was cold and not the right stuff. She argued with me that the receipt said it was right. Then when we argued for over 10 minutes we get the right food. Which took another fifteen minutes. When we finally sat down to enjoy the food that took over an hour to get she started saying how we clicked to go and not eat in our receipt said in bold letters “EAT IN”. Never coming back.

The service was terrible, and the employees were incredibly rude. This location desperately needs intervention from the regional manager to get things back on track. I understand that finding good workers can be difficult, but what we experienced today was absolutely inexcusable. The woman behind the counter tried to call out my husband for supposedly marking our order as takeout, even though our receipt clearly showed “eat in.” Her behavior was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely out of line.

Was here for over an hour. There are multiple people that left. I asked for my money back and she said I had to wait and it would be longer for me to get my money rather than to continue waiting for my food. I didn’t order a lot. 3 whopper jr. and 2 chicken fry’s. The “manager” wouldn’t come out and talk to anyone. Who knows. What I do know is that the three woman working there today should all be fired for the way that they treated my family and the several others that were there as well. Totally unacceptable behavior.

I walked in and asked if they had fresh brewed tea and Tyler the lady cashier looked at me when I asked for the biggest cup and asked if I was going to pay for it. I had my wallet in my hand and she proceeded to give attitude. The guy looked at her and told her don't do it and she said she didn't want to waste it on me. This place has kids in there working and some with attitudes. The people in the back just looked to see if I was going to start arguing. Avoid this place if possible until they fix their customer service
