The two ladies working were incredibly rude. I never come to Burger King, ever, but I was super hungry after working Night Shift at the hospital so decided to stop to grab a quick bite. I try to be understanding of other people, but the way I was talked to and TALKED ABOUT behind the counter like I couldn’t hear was pretty wild. They got snippy with me because I didn’t understand how to kiosk worked. I put in my order.. it asked for my name and I put it in. It asked if I wanted a recite, I pushed no. A few minutes later I’m asked very rudely, if I placed an order and before I can speak I’m being told to go to the kiosk. I explained I did, but I chose to pay at the counter so I could pay in cash. That only brought on frustration on their end. It was very obvious they were annoyed that I didn’t pay with a card. Then I’m asked what my order number is.. I didn’t know it. There was nothing stating on the kiosk that I needed a number. I assumed since my name was put in that it would be on their end of the recite. I explain I don’t have the number which again brings on obvious annoyance and anger with me. I’m then told that the recites don’t just print up there and they need to be told. I said sorry I was not aware. I was then told “they have the kiosks everywhere and they’ve been there for a while”. Considering not every single person on the planet eats at the same place everyday; it was completely uncalled for to speak to me like I’m an idiot because I don’t come to Burger King everyday. I then proceeded to listen to the worker running the window, talk to the worker making the food about me…as if they were not 5 feet in front of me. Not once was I spoken to with kindness or even just talked to as a human being whom they do not know. It was incredibly frustrating as I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift and was extremely exhausted and hungry.There was literally no need to be so completely rude to a customer. Also, it was not busy. There was one other person in front of me. I was not holding up a line or getting in the way of anyone. I literally just wanted to peacefully order my food.

Ordered 2 wopper Jr, 2 large fries and an soft serve cone.I received ice cream in a cup, and 2 medium fries. Didn't say anything but the young girl behind the counter clearly didn't want to be working there. Dark hair, I didn't realize soft serve cones came in cups when we were too lazy to put it into a cone

Just getting off work and wanted milkshake, lady @ the drive thru was very agitated like she didn’t want to be there. She was handing me the milkshake and it almost spilled out the lid because it was so MILKY. Asked for them to remake it because it didn’t taste right and she said aggressively “Well that’s the only ice cream we have, you want a refund” Calls her manager from the back and she did the refund but I didn’t even get to speak. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They screwed up on my order twice when I was at the drive-thru when I finally went in here the first part of my order was cold show my experience really sucked. It takes a lot for me to give somebody a a bad rating but I've had enough.

Worst burger king around. Got sick the last 2 times I ate there and the staff looks like they don't shower let alone wash their hands.

They were very short handed so that should explain the rest. Onion rings were barely cooked, milkshake was too thick and the burger was decent.
Going thru the drive thru they gave my order to the car in front of me, after a minute or so they gave it back. When I got to the window they gave me the order that was returned.
