Bunch of 16 yr olds not paying attention and when I asked to speak to manager one of them came to window. Can't call said user busy so the owner must be busy not to take direct customer feedback. So when they remade my order they put one table spoon of hot fudge on and taught me the customer a lesson. So if u own north Jackson Dairy Queen check your fb messanger. I'm trying to reach out and let u know who cares about your company when ur not there. A sundae. And couldn't make me happy and had to teach me a lesson with one tablespoon of fudge. Eric would never allow that. I'm a simple customer asking for a simple thing. But your teens all laughing and head down as I explain and the sundae was remade shows the inexperience of the owner teaching them how to act.

Showed up at like 9:30 saw the workers went to go through the drive through the workers left immediately after we got there if your not gonna be open till 10pm like google says then please fix your time frames
Tried summer blizzards (2 out of the new list) and they were great! The employees were fast and friendly as usual. Still have the best peanutbutter milk shakes ever!

The hot dog we ordered looked ineatable, the bun was hard as a brick and the chicken bites were like dog foodThey should be shut down for serving this garbage. And I still might call the Health Dept. The food was Disgusting ,Waste of my money
