Drove around and ordered a small cup of coffee for the road . Gal up front gave me a LARGE at the window ! I said you sure ? She said YEUP! Must be my lucky day even put one of them plastic sippers on top so I don’t burn my tongue ! Will definitely be coming back to this location

This has got to be the worst DD ever. Coffee is a hit or miss. More of a miss. My other coworkers agree. Last night when I went to grab my coffee from the worker in the drive through the girl didn’t have the lid on. Needless to say coffee spilled inside my coat sleeve into my sweatshirt, all down the side of my car inside and out. And it froze immediately because of the temp outside. This DD is the worst.

The price hike is out of control coffee is 3.20 now and I swear the indent in the bottom of the cup is at least 3/4 in now so you lose that much coffee too.

I stop at North Jackson for a coffee or breakfast frequently before work. Yesterday, I ordered a signature peppermint mocha. But I didn't get what I ordered, I got a Pumpkin Swirl. I didn't realize what I had until after I got to work. I had to throw it away because I don't like pumpkin. I went back the next morning and told them the issue. They told me they would give me a other id I had my receipt from the morning before. Needless to say, I couldn't find my receipt and I was over $5 in the hole from their mistake. I work at Flexrack and we all buy there . I told everyone what happened. We need a Starbucks in North Jackson. They wouldn't have required a receipt from the day before. They would have made it right with me. Very disappointed.

I ordered a cold brew with cream and sugar.( not my first time) I received what looked like milk with a tint of coffee. I should not have even pulled away from the window. I knew immediately it wasn't going to be good. I tried drinking it but ended up throwing it away.

Worst dunkin we've ever been to, wait was forever despite there only being 2 people in front of us, people were coming out of the back door in droves, what the hell was going on back there? Only saving grace was the food was decent, would've been pissed to wait that long for food that sucked.
