Customer in front of us was unhappy as could be. The employees apparently laughed about the woman spilling her first drink in her car as it was passed into her. My grilled cheese sandwich was dry and hard as a rock. My wife's sandwich wasn't very good. They put my 3 creme sticks in napkins in a bag so almost all the chocolate frosting came off onto the napkin. Our coffee drink was on, but had mostly ice in it. Probably won't come back. At least we had gift cards and didn't waste our own money on it.

This place was fun. We ducked in here during a storm and tornado warning. There were 6 of us. We drank coffees for a few hours until the storm was gone. Employees were kind and caring.

Donuts were like day old in appearance and freshnes. Very busy both drive through and inside service. Also appeared ro be short staffed, everyone seemed to be tying to work very fast.

They do their best to make the orders correctly and to get you in and out the drive thru. I’ve only had 1 messed up drink made here and have been going here for over 4 years. They are awesome.

It seems the staff have gotten more training, or they've rooted out the bad apples. The group they have now have been consistently great. Great customer service, order accuracy, and service speed. And the quality of the product has also improved, which I assume is down to better training and care from the team.
