Probably the best Subway that I have eaten at. We work right down the street at LTT and place large online orders. We have ordered from here at least 20 times in the past year. The food is always great, packaged well and labeled nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. This Subway deserves 6 stars!

Terrible. Bread was rock hard and when we asked for more mayo, we got less than what they usually put on there. We called the restaurant and the customer service was terrible and the issue was pushed aside by the worker. This is all after leaving a generous tip as well.

Horrible service. Waited for almost 40 minutes just to walk out. Didn’t even get to place an order. There was ONE worker behind the counter making 10 sandwiches for online orders. Told us she would be with us in a minute and we waited another 15 minutes before walking out. Any other subway I’ve been to has had 2-3 workers at a time.

I noticed the last few times I was in there, they use the same gloves for everything. They cash you out with gloves on and turn right around and make sandwiches without changing into new gloves.

I placed a pickup order from this location for the first time. My order was ready and waiting when I arrived. The package felt thick and full so I was expecting a great sandwich. What I got however, was a ton of extras like onions, lettuce and pickles with about a tablespoon of meat. There was so little meat that all you could taste was bread and veggies.

The North Jackson Subway isn't horrible but The girl working in there with the scar on her head/Face is very pushy about the tip part of the payment... I know there's a tip part but she really pushes the issue and makes people feel uncomfortable.. very skimpy on the vegetables. I won't be back.
Cleanest subway I've ever been in plus the workers for the most part are really friendly, especially the teenager girls that were there working at night. The one practically knows my order by heart. All in all, it's one of the better subways I've been to.

I’ve ordered a few sandwiches from this place. This is the closest subway to Ultium Cells and it’s very clean. We enjoy getting food here every now and then when we find time. The staff so far has been nice. Some are slower than others but it looks like a new subway so maybe they aren’t as experienced yet. Either way it’s not that long of a wait. The tables were super clean when I have eaten there. But most of the time we take our food to go. Or one person will order it. Haven’t got an order wrong or anything bad to say about this location. We will Continue to come here when we are in need of a sub.
