Ordered large onion rings . I kid you not when I opened the bag the onion rings were Burnt beyond recognition. We drove back to take them back for a refund. The older lady up front with one tooth gave me a hard time , she said what caused that was the grease was old. I said , that doesn't matter , why would you put them in my bag knowing they were Burnt. I'll never go back to Dairy Queen Again.

I know better than to go here, but it’s so close to my house. I went tonight, and it took forever in the drive thru and they got my order wrong. I wanted a normal twist cone and got one covered in peanut butter crunch. I asked for extra sprinkles on the vanilla cup and barely got a dusting. They just seem lost in there at times. It is a constant mistake in this location. I should just drive to Columbiana.

Food take out time is lacking. Customer service is lacking by far. Need to improve dining room, sticky tables, handprints on multiple windows. Overall, 2/10. Employees look like they hate their job.

Food was good but I always get gravy and it's basically water! What are you guys doing with the gravy?!?! My gravy should NOT be the consistency of water!
They MICROWAVE food & the buns get rubbery. Bread/buns should NEVER be microwaved. It changes the texture of them
