Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Me and my girl went there to get a couple chicken sandwiches cuz we know they supposed to serve all white meat all they had was the chicken strips that they lay on the sandwich so we decided to get a couple double burgers which were really good and a fry you know their food is really good they're chili dogs are decent for this area I haven't found a better chili dog in this area unless of course you go to Warren and get hot dog shopper jibjabs which are my favorite but my third favorite is dairy Queen over here on market Street in Youngstown but these burgers I got tonight these double cheeseburgers were excellent the only thing girls is you threw us one napkin next time throw a couple more napkins in other than that the burgers were excellent and the fries were excellent thank you girls have a good evening.

I’m sure the people working here are used to getting some lack luster review about their food, service or whatever. Well I just wanted to say thank you and hopefully make you feel appreciated. My dog got his last meal from here. He was diagnosed with bone cancer a couple months ago at the age of 7. He has been slowing down ever since and hasn’t been able to go on car rides without being in severe pain. Tonight I rolled through to get him his favorite meal, the chicken basket. The girl at the window was very nice and the chicken basket was probably the freshest one I’ve ever had from any DQ, it was like it was meant to be. Despite his lack of appetite he grinned ear to ear, and scarfed it down, he was so happy and was able to forget for a second the pain that he was in. I just wanted to thank you, I know in food service it can sometimes seem like you’re not appreciated but just know there’s a black lab named Rocco that got his favorite last meal because of you.

Little Ice cream cupcake, was very good. I love my ice cream. The Dairy Queens in Maryland are closing up, so I had to enjoy it, even in the below zero temperature.

Ordered large onion rings . I kid you not when I opened the bag the onion rings were Burnt beyond recognition. We drove back to take them back for a refund. The older lady up front with one tooth gave me a hard time , she said what caused that was the grease was old. I said , that doesn't matter , why would you put them in my bag knowing they were Burnt. I'll never go back to Dairy Queen Again.

Needed a birthday cake super fast! They were great and chose perfectly!

I know better than to go here, but it’s so close to my house. I went tonight, and it took forever in the drive thru and they got my order wrong. I wanted a normal twist cone and got one covered in peanut butter crunch. I asked for extra sprinkles on the vanilla cup and barely got a dusting. They just seem lost in there at times. It is a constant mistake in this location. I should just drive to Columbiana.

Food take out time is lacking. Customer service is lacking by far. Need to improve dining room, sticky tables, handprints on multiple windows. Overall, 2/10. Employees look like they hate their job.
