Fast and friendly. The coffee is always hot! It is exactly what I need on days in the winter months. Sandwichs are also delicious. Try any of those they are terrific. I always stop there first thing in the morning to get the morning's first cup. I've never had a mistake and never wait there very long.

Manager needs to coach employees on proper customer service. There are right ways and wrong ways to deal with customers. Employee’s should realize that customers are watching their expressions and motions. If you work in customer service, a smile and just being nice goes a long way. There was no need for the attitude that I received this morning. My first experience at this location and it will be my last.

We used to like coming here. They unfortunately changed the interior to the bland, uncomfortable, corporate garbage. We don't want to eat-in for breakfast with our kids now. They removed all comfortable seating options, removed some seating space, and decided to put in blocky and unforgiving seating with an area for awkward, spaced out weird seating.
We miss being able to have our kids in comfortable big seats with plenty of space to eat and relax. Now, we can't even fit at one of the tables without cramming together and being uncomfortable.
It is pretty disappointing that, while you might have the illusion of choice to eat-in, this location has decided that they don't want you to, so now you get to suffer for your choice.

The service is horrible. The manger is very disrespectful with her little group of friends. Straight attitude and mean mugging the whole time. When you ask a question they roll their eyes and laugh. Asked for the managers number and her response is i don’t care google it. Contacted the manger and hr. Place is very dirty as well. Do not go here unless you want poor customer service and to be treated poorly. For it being a coffee place maybe they need a coffee to lighten their moods.

I want my receipt so I could add my points on the app, but I guess Dunkin’ doesn’t do that. I did, however report my order and express my dissatisfaction which resulted in 250 points to me on the app so I guess there’s that…

Purchased a cup as a gift for someone. When I got home and got it out of the bag and the cup was broke. I tried taking it back and just getting a replacement the employee autumn was so rude and the called her GM on her personal phone (Amanda) who even ruder. She told me that she didn’t know what to tell me she could not help me. For all she knew I broke the cup myself. (It still had all of the tags and stickers on it) then when I was leaving autum was laughing on the phone with her. Very unprofessional. Definitely not manager material
