The service is horrible. The manger is very disrespectful with her little group of friends. Straight attitude and mean mugging the whole time. When you ask a question they roll their eyes and laugh. Asked for the managers number and her response is i don’t care google it. Contacted the manger and hr. Place is very dirty as well. Do not go here unless you want poor customer service and to be treated poorly. For it being a coffee place maybe they need a coffee to lighten their moods.

Purchased a cup as a gift for someone. When I got home and got it out of the bag and the cup was broke. I tried taking it back and just getting a replacement the employee autumn was so rude and the called her GM on her personal phone (Amanda) who even ruder. She told me that she didn’t know what to tell me she could not help me. For all she knew I broke the cup myself. (It still had all of the tags and stickers on it) then when I was leaving autum was laughing on the phone with her. Very unprofessional. Definitely not manager material

I don't know why I keep going here, they have never gotten my order correct. Constantly putting cheese on a no cheese sandwich or not having an item in stock and refusing to give me something else.
The food is always good, it's the employees. My husband and I got to the window quick enough to see the employees using his bare hands on our doughnuts. When asked if he could use tissue paper we got a bad attitude back.

I woke up early to pick up a order of express donuts N.Lima Ohio and the girl at counter throws a box of whatever at me along with a few over priced long horns that I chose. I asked the girl could I swap a strawberry iced for the regular cake donut and she tells me that's what you get. Funny my last visit the counter person let me pick out all from the assorted iced variety. You see those empty parking spaces add one for me cause I will not return. 16 bucks seems a bit too expensive for plain donuts with no frosting. Big rip off!

Very rude staff, they don’t answer your questions and have an attitude when you grab your food from the drive thru. Asked a simple question and got an attitude. Never going here again. Will be deleting the rewards it’s just a scam since you can never use it at one location but can at a different one. Definitely taking my services elsewhere.
