The food is always good, it's the employees. My husband and I got to the window quick enough to see the employees using his bare hands on our doughnuts. When asked if he could use tissue paper we got a bad attitude back.

I woke up early to pick up a order of express donuts N.Lima Ohio and the girl at counter throws a box of whatever at me along with a few over priced long horns that I chose. I asked the girl could I swap a strawberry iced for the regular cake donut and she tells me that's what you get. Funny my last visit the counter person let me pick out all from the assorted iced variety. You see those empty parking spaces add one for me cause I will not return. 16 bucks seems a bit too expensive for plain donuts with no frosting. Big rip off!

Very rude staff, they don’t answer your questions and have an attitude when you grab your food from the drive thru. Asked a simple question and got an attitude. Never going here again. Will be deleting the rewards it’s just a scam since you can never use it at one location but can at a different one. Definitely taking my services elsewhere.

Terrible, slow service today. My drink was incorrectly given to the car in front of me, and the workers balked when we asked them to remake it. My wife politely thanked them when they finally remade the drink, and instead of apologizing, we were rudely asked “anything else?”
We stop at various Dunkin’s once or twice daily, but I won’t be back to this location.
Manager Amanda shame on her the way she conducted herself, she is rude, uneducated, uniform a dirty mess, someone needs to educate this women on how to use proper hygiene it's a shame that people think it's ok to come to work looking and smelling the way they do. Counter was a sticky mess, donuts were dry and hard. I understand you people don't make alot of money doing the work you are doing but doesn't mean you treat the public poorly and with a attitude and serve them stale food and cold coffee. Get an education and in a better line of work if you are that unhappy but do not take your bad day or unhappiness out on people just asking for donuts. Never will we all be back to this location again or any dunkin for that matter, thanks to amanda. I dont need a reply from this company because the rudeness I encountered this week was enough all she did was fight and will continue to fight. Amanda please get help wish u all the best.
It was drive by eats I hungry coffee donuts is best but I went sandwich very hungry reason I stopped had bf sandwich eggs sausage or bacon can't remember now it been 3 hrs since I stopped .

I love this Dunkin'. I've never had an issue with staff, they've always been friendly. Especially this new crew. They're a 10 out of 10 ⭐️ I made a huge order with donuts and a few coffees, ordered like 15 minutes ahead, and it was ready to go and perfect. Even though they didn't have a few donuts I wanted i said "Just fill it with donuts kids like" and they understood the assignment. Everyone was happy and 2 dozen donuts were demolished. Us adults couldn't stop talking about how much we loved our coffees. 100% satisfied ??
Parking: Love being able to turn into the dollar tree parking lot to get there. Coming from the circle though and getting in can be difficult because of traffic.
