I don't understand why they are open 24hrs. I try to stop there a couple times a month. I'm there at 4:15 am. No employees in site. The one time there was an employee. He was very frustrated. He was venting to his coworker. When he took my order, he said they were out of beef patties. Being 4:15am I asked what about breakfast. He replied that they aren't serving breakfast yet. Maybe you shouldn't be open late nights.

Somehow all Hardee's restaurants have the absolute worst/laziest employees you could imagine & this one isn't an exception. Id rather eat a frozen dollar tree burger 🤮

Can someone explain to me how these employees are getting paid, yet this Hardee's is clearly losing money because the employees refuse to take an order. 2nd time in 2 weeks between 6-6:30 am, go through drive through, wait 5 minutes and no one will answer the intercom, even with me saying good morning, hello... So walk inside and could see one of the employees hurrying up and hiding behind a wall, blatenly ignoring me. Even the subway employee next door was walking by and saw this. So I just walked out. So yeah this Hardee's probably won't last long because of the lazy employees. It's sad too, because I miss eating at a Hardee's.

Had high hopes, but will never come back here again. Packaging was so greasy…. disgusting. And burger was a total mess. Super slow night shift service. Even if your order is small

Worst experience ever. Took 20min for a flat cold biscuit and gravy. Don’t stop here you’ll be sorry you did. This has happened twice now. I’m done.

Passed here today for a quick lunch at 1:30 pm and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches It took them around 15 minutes to prepare the order and the chickens are completely not cooked barley fried !!! Disgusting

What a disgusting disappointment! First time I’ve had Hardee’s in probably 30 years. Everything was cold nasty and soggy. $43 on 3 meals!! You couldn’t pay me to come back

I was there 5/25/2025 I ordered a number one and that is a famous star combo and a number 4 that is a monster burger combo when I got home I had 2 famous star combos I spent 24.42 so I called the restaurant and told them and the guy on the phone said he would put my name in the book so the next time I come all I had to do is give my name and I would get my whole order for free so when I get to the restaurant on 5/27/25 I go I'm and tell them my name they was only going to give me the sandwiches and I told them that the person I talked to on the phone said I could get my whole order all over again the lady that was working was really rude I keep tell her what the guy on the phone told me so I was like either give me a refund for my order or give me what I was promised after it was all done and over I got my whole order but I will tell you something I will never go back to this restaurant ever again
