Cant say enough about this place. Called to explain whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! Correct order, fast, efficient, and courteous! The one thing lost in this job. It does make a difference, so that's why I go out of my way to visit this location above all others! BZ to management and the staff for making this store an example of what Ray wanted!!!

My kids are obsessed with McDonald's , So we come frequently. Workers are friendly , Downfall is Food is thrown in bag Alot , Or missing items every visit. They are always busy so I can understand the rush but every time We visit is a bummer.

They're easy place to get into and out of. There was a big trucking parking lot beside this restaurant. There's also a gas station here and a convenience store. They have pretty much everything you would need here. They also have a convenience store with their own food. It is part of the pilot truck stop. Very easy to get here off of the turnpike. Only a quarter mile down the road. I pretty much only get breakfast here. I love the steak, egg and cheese bagel. My favorite product they have.

I'm not sure if they were short staff, but the cashier was also helping with food. I don't know where management is dropping the ball. I was in health care and giving previous years of Covid I don't see sanitation as a priority. This lady went from handling money to grabbing food without washing her hands or using gloves. Management you need ongoing training with staff until it's repetitive and you no longer have to remind them to do those things.

Filled With Curiosity
On Friday, August 29th, around 8:40 AM, I visited McDonald’s and noticed an employee wearing a black sweater covered in animal hair while serving customers. My food also had hair in it, so I refused to take it and left it there even though I had already paid. This is very unsanitary. If nothing is done, I will be submitting a report to the health department about this incident.

Waited in drive thru line for a longtime. Didn't get the right food and got one snack wrap in the snack wrap meal. Last three times I have visited this location it's been horrible. I now go out of my way to go to Beaver location. Hard to believe it's the same owner.
