Good affordable food. Something for everyone. All the food was great except 1 side that was a mystery to ask of us that ate. Only did takeout so no one to ask once we got home. Food was done right on time from online order quick and polite service in the pickup section. We will come back

5 star for the food but as of right now, we've only received the appetizer. The service provided by Jolene is top notch. She's personable, professional & has a beautiful aura about her. She has been attentive & has made Applebee's at Great Northern
jump to the top of my list of restaurants I'd come back to. The other ladies serving tonight have been great as well. You can see they work great together & as a team. Thoroughly enjoying my little dinner date with my sister & I have no doubt the main entree will be just as good as my mood right now.

Update!! I was right!! My burger was cooked perfectly, juicy, flavorful & we had the pleasure to meet Tyshawn, the book for a moment. Antwon, the manager just checked in with us & I was very happy to be able to tell him personally that everything has been great. The food, the service, the atmosphere, all impeccable & my sister & I had a lovely time & will be back soon!! Thanks, Applebee's! Needed a pick me up & we're leaving with full bellies & smiles.

Ordered Togo from David B at the Great Northern Applebee’s …. Fast and friendly … food was good and had a drink while waiting … food incredible as I got sausage and chicken pasta. David ensured I got everything I needed to eat at home. Excellence is hard to find

Poor service, staff was ungodly rude and left me to wait for 30 mins with no one stopping to help. Will not be coming back.

It was a quiet time at this Applebee’s location, but the service and food were consistently good as always French onion soup was hot and bubbly, and the Caesar salad with standard. This was a short Mrs. luncheon, and we got plenty of attention, but not too much.

This location really should be ashamed of themselves terrible customer service and awful food walked in and wasn’t acknowledged by anyone for about 20 minutes. The guy at the bar never even looked up just continued cleaning.Our server Sahvanna was extremely rude to us the whole time but was very pleasant to the other people that came in after us and rushed us to order food. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here very disappointing!! The service was so bad we got our food to go the server constantly rolled her eyes at me while talking with other coworkers very unprofessional!

Sat and waited ten minutes at the bar. The manager walked past a bunch of times staring at us and didn’t speak to us once. Finally a nice server walked over to get us drinks and then the bartender came back. Not a good experience. But food was delicious
