Autumn delivered a level of service that went well beyond what’s expected at a casual dining restaurant. She was attentive without hovering, clearly knowledgeable about the menu, and handled timing perfectly from drinks to entrées. Orders were accurate, requests were handled immediately, and nothing ever felt rushed or neglected. What stood out most was her professionalism—calm, efficient, and genuinely focused on doing the job well. Service like that elevates the entire experience, and Autumn did exactly that.

Currently sitting And waiting for drinks going in 10 minutes…. Have had several people walk by. Took 20 minutes to get drink orders taken one incorrect waiting 10 plus minutes for new drink … still waiting for food /appetizers

Went out for a friends 21st birthday. literally her first legal drink. The restaurant was dead. We ordered the drinks first thing. Then we ordered apps. We got all our non alcoholic drinks which was fine. We got and ate our apps and still no drinks. We were pretty annoyed because the whole point we went was to get her that first drink every 21 year old wants. And literally all decided we were going to just tell them to take it off so we could leave because we were sick of waiting. Our server who was pretty cool in the beginning never came back to our table after we got the apps. Finally a drink runner came with our drinks and we told her we just wanted to leave and get the drinks taken off. The manager came up to the table and told us about how it was Veterans Day(it was) and how they are trying to get their lives together but again. The restaurant was dead. Honestly pretty terrible experience will stick to the strongsville Applebees next time.

Always a reliable, good choice for food in the neighborhood. Open late with great deals on early-bird and late-night appetizers and drinks. Dine-in or take-out; convenient and reliable. We grow up going here in Western Cuyahoga County with our friends in the area (Westlake, North Olmsted, North Ridgeville [Lorain], Olmsted Falls/Twp, Berea).
