Five stars is reflective to this specific type of food. Just stopped here for a late evening bite. Rhonda wins the award for one of the friendliest service associates I’ve encountered! At 8pm she was bright smiled, kind and made sure everything was what we needed. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! It is rare to get this kind of positive energy. That young lady deserves a raise!

Ordered 29.00 worth of food. Went all the way home for the steak nugget bowl to be frozen. Came all the way back up here for them to microwave it I guess that’s how these are made. The second one was still frozen in the center of the bowl. Waste of over 30 minutes of my time and I still have to go get food some place else now. Thanks Arby’s glad you still made money off of me. If they didn’t take my original receipt and throw it out I would have done the survey.

Greeted with friendly service but the food was prepared without care... Meat on one side of the gyro, lettuce on the other side. Maybe they were having a hard day, but so was I. SMH.
I got my order delivered and not o ly did they forget my drink the chicken sandwich was over cooked and all crunching.

I wanted a sandwich, it was by the store…i really wanted the potato cakes. It was mostly drive thru traffic, so it was pull up, or rather pull around and wait. I think possibly understaffed for 5 pm on Saturday, but could be because difficult to get in and out of onto Lorain Road. Otherwise, food was the same as I remembered. It was good, and hit the spot.
