I wanted a sandwich, it was by the store…i really wanted the potato cakes. It was mostly drive thru traffic, so it was pull up, or rather pull around and wait. I think possibly understaffed for 5 pm on Saturday, but could be because difficult to get in and out of onto Lorain Road. Otherwise, food was the same as I remembered. It was good, and hit the spot.

Great food and the service was good! The atmosphere was nonexistent. The silence was deafening and the whole mood of the place was doom and gloom. Then they want to hire people? From what I saw today I would never even consider working there if it's like that everyday. It was a work in silence environment. No music, I couldn't even hear the drive thru people and I never heard any machines being worked. Very odd at best.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a large curly fry. Even told the worker I needed ketchup for the fries. Got to my location only to realize there were no fries in the bag! No phone number is listed on the receipt. I called through Google maps. Had to go back to the restaurant and get my money back. This is not the first mishap at this location. Last time they shorted me $10 in my change!
