My husband & I have taken our family to Arturos for almost 40 yrs now and have never been disappointed. We have had many family events here but recently, we invited a group of friends for Mark's delicious pot roast. Needless to say, Mark knocked it out of the park! He really out did himself and our friends I am sure will be returning for some more of his yummy entrees. Thank you Mark & Art for so many special memories!
ps: You also have one of the best Bloody Mary's I have ever had, lol.

We had a wonderful time. Ordered a full sheet 2 topping pizza. It tasted excellent, and the staff was kind, warm, and understanding. Will return soon!

Went there for the 1st time today. We walked in and waited by the "Please wait to be seated" sign for about 5 minutes. I finally walked to the bar and asked the bar tender if we could seat ourselves. The waitress was very nice but we waited 45 minutes for our food. I ordered eggplant parm. It was cold and pretty flavorless. My son ordered the deluxe grilled cheese. The cheese was not even melted. My husband and other son ordered the appetizer sampler. The chicken strips were frozen and the mozzarella sticks were hollow. My husband went to the bar to get a beer because our waitress was MIA. The bartender, an older blonde women, told him to give her a couple minutes because she was going shots with a customer. That was the first and last time we will go to Arturo's.

They have the best buttery flaky pizza crust and their pizzas are cooked to perfection. Their homemade marinara shines through and through. Their eggplant Parmesan is absolutely delicious and their raviolis are amazing! Highly recommend Arturo’s. The owner and his son have been in the business for over 41 years.

Trying to find a table for dinner on a weekend evening can be troublesome unless you find a charming little place like Arturo's. I enjoyed the Dino burger and my son really loved the chicken paprikash. I'm certain that I will come back.

We get Arturo’s delivered often, and tonight (Monday, October 7th 2024) we called to order a pizza over the phone at 11:10 pm. The woman told us 30-45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, we called the restaurant out of concern. The woman asked around and said the driver “signed out”. Whatever that means. Then she said he should be on his way, and that she would call us back to let us know. It’s been another 40 minutes with no call. Just sort of strange. We could have ordered food from somewhere else if she had just simply said no originally if there was no driver. Now it’s way too late and everything is closed. Disappointing to say the least.

Went to Arturo’s for the first time other day, it was a pretty cool spot. Ordered the ribs and I really liked the seasoning, cook of them, and the sauce. They did forget my butter and sour cream for baked potato, plus roll for the dinner. Oh well, sh!t happens. I did grab a pepperoni pizza to go, and that was good and even next day as leftovers. Def go back, but just have to pay attention to what I’m ordering for dinner and ensure they deliver on exactly what I ordered.

I ordered a sheet pizza with half cheese and half beef pepperoni, specifying beef 3 times during the call because my family doesn’t eat pork. The pizza arrived with a mix of beef and pork pepperoni. I called to complain, but the manager wasn’t on site, so the chef called us back. The chef insisted he made the pizza and that there was no pork. After we sent pictures per chefs request, the chef admitted it was pork but couldn’t explain how it happened. He said he’d discuss it with the manager and call us back.

A week later, after several calls, there’s been no resolution or apology. Additionally, we were overcharged $70 instead of the usual $55. The lack of response and accountability is disappointing considering I was a regular with this order which is why I am writing this review.

I was there for a celebration of life and the catered food that they made for it wasn't that good.

Had 2 sheets for family in from out of town. They all said "this is good pizza" and our family knows pizza -- eat it a lot. Two days later my brothers were still commenting on how good the pizza was.

This used to be the go too spot in North Olmsted but it's fallen so far. I really hope they can turn things around. Not very clean, food was poorly prepared, we were sweating from the heat both days we tried visiting (don't know if it was to save electricity or their air conditioning is down)
