Tasty pretzels, fresh in the morning at least. The prices are ridiculous though. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is my favorite.

Parking: Park in the lot by the food court, next to BJ's.

I was going to get food here but the prices are ridiculous and the pretzels looked stale. I just got a drink. I was handed a medium even tho I ordered and paid for a large. The lady got an attitude with me when I pointed it out. Never again

I have been to this location twice and have had to wait forever for our pretzels it's like the workers have no commen sense in starting food before you they run out. -10 stars

Refused to let me pay with a $50 bill when the total was more than half of that amount. “We don’t break 50’s. Go buy something and come back” was what I was told after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Not worth it for some pretzels.

I ask for a pretzel ? with no salt, the customer before me gave her pretzel ? back, wen she left the lady told the cashier to give me that pretzel that the lady gave back! It had salt on it I declined nd ask for my money back!!. Won’t be patronizing this place again.

Pretzels were stale. Drink cups and lids were so flimsy that if you tried to pick up the cup, the lid popped off.

All of us love auntie Anne's. But when you buy a pretzel and it's been sitting there awhile, it isn't exactly what you expected. They seemingly only start making them once they are out of only one left and it then takes 12-15 minutes to have a new batch. Of course those are excellent. However, I realize that's hard to manage in food service. They usually have enough seating.
