Back Drafts Bar and Grill in North Olmsted is an absolute joke. We sat there for over 25 minutes with a server literally sitting at the bar staring right at us and still refused to come take our order. The place was dead empty, completely silent, just a few people quietly playing pool and the staff doing absolutely nothing. Not one person bothered to greet us, check on us, or even acknowledge that we existed.

It’s honestly embarrassing how bad the service is here. If you want to waste your time being ignored in a ghost town of a bar, this is your place. Otherwise, don’t bother Back Drafts will never see my business again.

Bartender was great, ordered my wings as I asked, 20 minutes. 16 minutes later the undercooked wings arrived. Which means they only cooked for roughly 10-13 minutes. Not sure why the cook can not or will not follow instructions. How hard is it? This isn't the first time.

We came in on a Saturday night, it wasn’t busy and we seated ourselves because the bartender was busy. We waited over fifteen minutes to be acknowledged, and the bartender didn’t even come over to ask what we would like. She was leaning on the end of the bar talking to someone, I made eye contact with her at least twice, but she kept ignoring us at the table. We were excited to try out the food due to good reviews, but this service makes us never want to come back.

My first visit there was for karaoke last week Melissa made me feel so comfortable I felt right at home what a great space I will be back

Had the best Philly cheese steak. Was great service and atmosphere was great. Which it was not appropriate 1300 miles from my house.

Been there twice in the last two weeks and each time I had this super rude bartender. Couldn’t remember orders, waited over 30+ minute ms for food and then it was wrong. She was snarky with her comments and kept leaving the bar to sing karaoke.
