We ordered a custom ice cream cake to have a small surprise celebration for my wife’s birthday. When I arrived to pick it up they initially told me I had the wrong address. Upon showing them the online confirmation we had they said that they have no cakes because the person who made their cakes quit earlier this week and the manager of the store was supposed to have let us know. They did give me a refund, but with event based products you cannot just refund and move on. These things are time based. I’m making this review in hopes anyone else who orders a cake from this location will be contacted by the store prior to the event so that they can make appropriate adjustments.

Don't order any kind of delivery from this place. They told my driver they had no hot fudge or chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream..okay.. cool so I have them swap the cookie dough layered sundae for the Oreo one. Driver confirmed they can do it. When it arrives this is what's in my bag, a single half assed scoop of ice cream with nuts and a cherry..for the price of the stupid ass sundae. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Doesn't seem quite like an even swap to me. Keep up the good work.

So as most of Ohio knows we suffered from some bad weather in August and knocked power out for much of the state. A few days after we regained power I attempted to find somewhere to get my child a bday cookie cake. This location did not show closed and accepted the order. The delivery driver messages me saying they don't have anything....and to cancel order. So I did that and now I lost my money for doing so. This location accepted an order knowing they didn't have product and I ended up still paying for the cookie cake and ice cream that I never received and my kid was out of his bday cake. Do better because that's not cool at all. I waited to write this to see if I received my refund and it was denied. Avoid this location if you don't want to get ripped off.

I ordered a birthday cake for my grand son's 13th birthday. One hour before the party I went to pick it up - NO FREAKING CAKE!!! REALLY! You couldn't call me to tell me this! I called the day before to confirm my order! To add insult to injury, the guy told me to go to Giant Eagle! I will be contacting the manager (if he even cares!) and Baskin Robbins corporate. Unacceptable! I went across the street to Brusters and they helped me out! So helpful and professional! Guess who will get my business and references to friends!!!

I order a birthday cake on line, went to pick it up and it wasn’t made. They substituted another cake. Totally different from what I ordered. When we cut into it the cake cracked like it was freezer burnt and stale. We could not eat it. I spent 48.99 on a cake we couldn’t even eat!
We ordered a birthday cake for my daughters 13th birthday, and despite the confirmation, it was never made. I asked for a smaller cake for free to compensate me for my inconvenience, but was denied, with no follow up offer for making the situation right, other than "sorry". I left 3 messages for the district manager, and none have been returned so far. I called the general manager who was unhelpful and rude. Thankfully Dairy Queen saved the day with their pre-made ice cream cakes and the manager on duty wrote a birthday message while I waited. I will no longer shop at Baskin Robins, and I would encourage others to avoid also, specifically the one in North Olmsted.

Patrick always makes our drinks with LOVE. He is definitely one of the reasons we continue to come back to this location. :)
This is my first interaction with this place. I ordered half a dozen donuts for delivery and I received none of them. I received the drink and sandwich I ordered, but even the donuts were on the receipt. I’ve called at least 5 times and have not received an answer from anybody at the store. I’m at work and can’t exactly up and leave, but I was going to see if I could pick up the donuts I ordered and paid for when more people get into work or if doordash has to handle it all. 0/10 will not go back because of this. I understand things happen, but to not even answer a phone call? I’m glad doordash was able to help me in the end, but I called to at least see if I could be accommodated in the store for the missing food! It would be great if the staff picked up the phone or even a manager on site, at least when there are multiple calls coming in!

So I'm not from the area, much farther south. And there isn't a Baskin Robbins close to where I live. So as I was out getting food I saw they were still open. As soon as I walked in I got a super rude glare and was asked to hold on a minute. No problem as it was almost time to close. A different employee, a young man, was more than willing to take my order. I told him it was my first time there but I was going to be quick making a decision I just wanted to try their ice cream. He was pleasant and patient. He got the two scoops for me and I asked if he could put fudge on it. When he asked the other employee where it was she snapped and said we don't have any hot items we are about to close. He gave me an apologetic look and I assured him it was no big deal I understand. Now because I work at an ice cream shop I get it. It's closing time, you want to leave. However I also know how simple it is to grab a couple scoops of ice cream. I've never been rude to a customer for coming just because it was close to closing. There's a way to treat people and a way not to. That really ruined the experience for me. If it wasn't for the young man who took my order I would've only gave it one star. Hopefully some staff can be trained better at customer service.

I only gave this four stars because when I walked in it smelled of cigarette smoke and I did not like it but the ice cream was good
The place is understaffed and I understand that. However the people were just mean and rude and the ice cream was disgusting! It tasted freezer burnt and my husband's peanut butter sundae didn't even have peanut butter on it. It had chocolate and caramel. As a customer I try to be understanding and polite and nice because I know places are struggling but what happened there was just unacceptable!
Great customer service, nice selection, very accessable. Oh, did I mention reasonable prices.
Google said they were open till 10pm got there at 8:51 and they were closed. I called and the boy that answered the phone said "oh yeah we didn't change our hours on the internet". I said "what time do you close" he said "we close at 8:50". Crazy!! 8:50pm Crazy!!
