I PLACED AN ORDER 9/24/25 For a pistachio ice cream cake for $54.00!!! I am still waiting on my refund due to them, not having pistachio ice cream!!! I’ve been calling once a week since then, I’ve been told I would get a call back, nothing. This is ridiculous!!!! It’s been over a month and not a refund in site. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would.

I ordered a birthday cake and prepaid for item online. I went on my scheduled time to pick it up and it wasn’t made! They couldn’t find the order. Huge disappointment

Ordered a cake 7/2 for a party on 7/13, order got cancelled via email on 7/10 at 3:45 pm. Was told previously that the store needed a 3 day notice to order a custom cake. Attempted to immediately contact John Terry via cell and office as he is the general manager and sent out the cancellation confirmation, he did not answer. Called the store and was told their decorator was out which was reason for the order to be cancelled. Next day after sending an email heard from general manager who said their freezer wasn’t functioning and reason for cancellation. Very disappointed in overall handling of situation, that caused a lot of unnecessary stress to find a replacement cake in a short period of time. Did reach out to baskin Robbin’s general and situation has been addressed from the guest recovery specialist. However if you need a custom cake I highly recommend NOT ordering from this location, in my opinion cannot be trusted for follow thru and when you have an event planned that’s not an option that can be be put at risk. Not worth the hassle.

I don't like the mint chocolate chip ice cream in North omstand BR because the chocolate chip are really big not even what i like i had it from others baskin Robin before it's not even they they had it in other stores i hope they changed the chips back to the very small tiny ones like the other places have very disappointed i ordered it from Uber eats it was not even good but when I had ordered the mint chocolate chip ice cream before it was was delicious and it came from baskin Robin from Middleburg hits

We ordered a custom ice cream cake to have a small surprise celebration for my wife’s birthday. When I arrived to pick it up they initially told me I had the wrong address. Upon showing them the online confirmation we had they said that they have no cakes because the person who made their cakes quit earlier this week and the manager of the store was supposed to have let us know. They did give me a refund, but with event based products you cannot just refund and move on. These things are time based. I’m making this review in hopes anyone else who orders a cake from this location will be contacted by the store prior to the event so that they can make appropriate adjustments.

Don't order any kind of delivery from this place. They told my driver they had no hot fudge or chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream..okay.. cool so I have them swap the cookie dough layered sundae for the Oreo one. Driver confirmed they can do it. When it arrives this is what's in my bag, a single half assed scoop of ice cream with nuts and a cherry..for the price of the stupid ass sundae. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Doesn't seem quite like an even swap to me. Keep up the good work.

So as most of Ohio knows we suffered from some bad weather in August and knocked power out for much of the state. A few days after we regained power I attempted to find somewhere to get my child a bday cookie cake. This location did not show closed and accepted the order. The delivery driver messages me saying they don't have anything....and to cancel order. So I did that and now I lost my money for doing so. This location accepted an order knowing they didn't have product and I ended up still paying for the cookie cake and ice cream that I never received and my kid was out of his bday cake. Do better because that's not cool at all. I waited to write this to see if I received my refund and it was denied. Avoid this location if you don't want to get ripped off.

I ordered a birthday cake for my grand son's 13th birthday. One hour before the party I went to pick it up - NO FREAKING CAKE!!! REALLY! You couldn't call me to tell me this! I called the day before to confirm my order! To add insult to injury, the guy told me to go to Giant Eagle! I will be contacting the manager (if he even cares!) and Baskin Robbins corporate. Unacceptable! I went across the street to Brusters and they helped me out! So helpful and professional! Guess who will get my business and references to friends!!!

We ordered a birthday cake for my daughters 13th birthday, and despite the confirmation, it was never made. I asked for a smaller cake for free to compensate me for my inconvenience, but was denied, with no follow up offer for making the situation right, other than "sorry". I left 3 messages for the district manager, and none have been returned so far. I called the general manager who was unhelpful and rude. Thankfully Dairy Queen saved the day with their pre-made ice cream cakes and the manager on duty wrote a birthday message while I waited. I will no longer shop at Baskin Robins, and I would encourage others to avoid also, specifically the one in North Olmsted.

This is my first interaction with this place. I ordered half a dozen donuts for delivery and I received none of them. I received the drink and sandwich I ordered, but even the donuts were on the receipt. I’ve called at least 5 times and have not received an answer from anybody at the store. I’m at work and can’t exactly up and leave, but I was going to see if I could pick up the donuts I ordered and paid for when more people get into work or if doordash has to handle it all. 0/10 will not go back because of this. I understand things happen, but to not even answer a phone call? I’m glad doordash was able to help me in the end, but I called to at least see if I could be accommodated in the store for the missing food! It would be great if the staff picked up the phone or even a manager on site, at least when there are multiple calls coming in!
