The door states the Hours of Operations - I believe the staff is unaware of what this means. Party of 2 with a child arriving 40 minutes before the posted closing time should not be turned away especially by yelling it across the restaurant. I mentioned the sign says they close at 3, other patrons voiced my same concern. All we wanted was a simple breakfast, this could have been achieved easily… we then reached the door to leave and they locked it behind us which I believe is a violation while serving guests that were still eating. The establishment decided to not service a small table and would rather take a loss of money, future guests and a bad review. I stand on this review because I also have a good and beverage background… the Hours of operation should reflect the hours open for service, it’s no a suggestion it’s clearly posted on the door. For example, you would never walk into any restaurant. Let’s just say cheesecake factory 40 minutes before they close and get turned away. Business owners please train your staff properly and encourage him to not put a bad name on your business, these kids just wanted to go home and we’re very upset when they saw us walk in 40 minutes before Closing. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return here. The big egg Name has been a staple of Cleveland since Wayback one and I have been to the specific location before with no problem this needs to get addressed.

Clarifying with my true email. My name is Daniel Reyes. I was told by word of mouth of the great service and food here. By more than a few friends and locals. At 2:20 pm on Sunday I was denied service by a young lady. Present with me was my toddler and mother. After being denied service we were followed to the door and locked out while patrons were still present and eating. This is the field I work in. This is my “profession” for lack of a better term. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment. Many patrons voiced their objection to the absurdity of denying a guest with that much time left of operating hours. If closing time is 2:00 and not 3:00 then the posted hours should reflect the true intention. I’m appalled. I would love to try the restaurant with an owner present in the near future.

Walked in at 2:20pm on a Sunday and was denied service with my mother and three year old daughter. We were then followed out to the door and then Locked out with customers still in the building eating. I genuinely try to support small local businesses especially in my own community. Multiple patrons agreed with my frustrations and verbalized their support.

Worst breakfast I have ever had from here. No kids menu. Poached egg is not supposed to be a hard yolk. Avocado toast should have avocado on both pieces of bread. Just plain horrible.

Overpriced for what it is. My wife found a hair in her food. They remade it but didn't offer anything else. Considering the price for a family of 4, I don't think we'll be back.
