Food is not good. Tastes odd like it’s been sitting around for a while. Service can be better. Gotta love all the unexpected fees they charge you when you pay with a card. Plenty of other restaurants that are much better than this place!

Big Egg restaurant is quite a find for us. We eat only halal food abd this place is great for variety they have and all halal served. Burgers and sandwiches were very good and most come with fries (at least by the time we visited there). Service is great and quick. We will go there again.

Good food. Orange juice very watered down. Chocolate milk was gritty

Waited 10 for a waitress to come, I actually had to ask if we could place our order. 20 minutes for food to come, and it wasn't even hot. Never got a refill on my water,

A friend invited me to lunch and suggested we try the Big Egg. I had cut out and saved an ad about it and had been wanting to try it. We got there between breakfast and lunch.
We were greeted immediately and asked where we would like to be seated. We were chatting and didn't look at the menu right away. The hostess and server is a gem. Marina is friendly, upbeat and then personable. She asked if we were ready to order and we told her that we weren't. She checked back with us and when we still weren't ready, she was so gracious.
Finally we called her over and placed our order. I ordered the combo of two pancakes and two eggs with a side of bacon. My friend had a breakfast quesadilla. The food came out quickly, was prepared just the way we wanted it, and was delicious.
We spent about two hours there and never felt rushed to leave. And in these two hours, I watched Marina interact with other customers and greeted regulars by name. As I said, she is a gem.
I highly recommend the Big Egg.

Parking: It is in a strip mall with plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: There were no children there, but I saw high chairs and it just had that vibe

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots and no steps to enter the building.

The North Olmsted location of this longstanding Cleveland restaurant is conveniently located, staffed with friendly and attentive staff, and most importantly- they have good food that comes out fast! Not to mention ruin a good cup of coffee. We tried the Big & Nasty… my husband got his eggs fried, mine were scrambled. It’s a hearty, filling, and delicious breakfast!

The food was good but not worth the price. In addition, prices listed on the menu, even with the stickers stating the price was an additional $1-$2, did not match what we were charged.
