horrible costumer service i called to ask a simple question and the lady had a horrible attitude i dont make you work there if your unhappy and can't give costumers the help they need then why work there ? and be miserable when you can't give 100% to the paying customers smh

Awesome crew. It is nuts that they had to take a crowd in 3 minutes before closing and 2 people had not even arrived yet! Talk about customers being absolutely entitled and disrespectful to the employees! I'm sorry Bob Evans but forcing your people to keep your restaurant open to accommodate them is wrong! 3 minutes! Unbelievable!
They took it in stride. Something should be done about this policy. It isn't fair. Rant over.

I've been to this location many times over the years it has been about a year and the service was very slow took over 10 minutes to get coffee and water and our food took 45 minutes to come out atmosphere is clean and friendly quality of the food was

To go order on pancake plate and a chopped steak meal. The mushrooms and onions were burnt and not edible. The chopped steak tasted like Ken L ration dog food. The soft rolls were old and stale. There was no syrup or utensils in the to go bag. So much for the $3.00 tip I left for the staff. Not the Bob Evan’s of a few years ago.
