Bruster's ice-cream has become a regular stopping point for my family. Their homemade ice-cream is delicious and have a variety of unique flavors. The best part is they also have dairy free options so my wife can enjoy ice cream as well. Other locations only had sherbert which just isn't the same if you want ice-cream. One of the best options in the area!

Awesome place! Me and my son went on Thursday night and the icecream was delicious and the girl that helped me was very kind. You’ve got to try the peppermint flavors!! 🎅🎄

I went to brusters icecream today and had a wonderful time. A girl named hannah helped me and she was wonderful. Very helpful and patient even tho I asked for like 5 samples LOL. I will be returning!

I always come here for the Apple strudel which is served warmed with ice cream in the top. But this time, the Apple was hard as a rock and the staff did not want to warm it up. I mean, how hard is it to just warm the apple as always. It was disappointing but hope they get it right next time.

My family and I loved the ice cream!!! The caramel apple crunch and the deep dish apple pie are amazing. The customer service was great and they were fast. I definitely recommend.

Delicious ice cream and rotating flavors. I love that they don’t skimp on the topping. The birthday cake has huge chunks of frosting which is yummy. S’mores Oreo is another favorite, but it’s a rotating flavor. Generous pup cups too! Love bringing the dogs.

Note to owner: Ask your landscaping service to handle your property outside business hours. I was very annoyed listening to a hedge trimmer the while time I was trying to enjoy my treat.

When they first opened they were fantastic with fantastic service. Unfortunately the last several times we have been there have been a very poor experience. If you go within a hour of closing they are "out of blast" which I'm curious if it is just code for "we already cleaned the machine". And when they do have blasts they are more like soup. Often the employees seem to treat it like more of hang out session than a job. Today when we tried to order the person who was taking the order kept saying "what was that?" because it sounded like there was party going on behind him (yelling and music) and he was having a hard time hearing us. We were the only car in line and when we pulled up it took awhile to get our ice cream, when he handed us our order another girl came up to him and said something quietly and they both laughed, he handed us our order and when we drove away the girl shouted something loudly at us and they both started laughing (I could not tell what she said because she was laughing). I'm all for fun in the workplace and hiring teens because we all start somewhere but this is just very unprofessional and rude. If the staff is not mature enough to treat their customers with respect and understand they are there to do a job then they should not be employed. I feel like their mother but seriously "I'm not mad, I'm just very disappointed" because we could walk to Brusters but I think being shouted and laughed at is my final straw. I'll be driving down the road to DQ or East Coast instead.

I had ordered a birthday cake for my grandsons 13th birthday from Baskin Robbins across the street from Bruster's. I went into pick it up an hour before his party. No cake!!! Rude and told me to go to Giant Eagle! I was in a panic and ran over to Bruster's! They had a cake and wrote on it for me! So kind and professional! They saved the day for me and I cannot thank them enough???

Give the marketing guy a rise

It's a walk up ice cream place. They would NOT let us use the restroom. There is no place to wash sticky hands. They were not conscientious of the messy tables.
