Had fun at escapology and the smell of the food had me ready to spend. After i opened my tab for a drink, ended up waiting so long just to order food and another drink i gave up. This wasnt a situation of an swamped single bartender; im pretty paitent but barback even told an available bartender i was trying to order and she just smiled at me as i waited another 10+ minutes. At that point i cashed out with someone working the far well and my DD hit a fast food spot on the way home.

My wife and I moved to South Carolina many years ago and come to visit my parents and siblings every Christmas. As a tradition, we used to go to Buckeye lanes, now Roll House. We've always enjoyed hours of bowling and the arcade until our visit this afternoon.
We reserved two lanes of bowling for two hours, played in the arcade for a couple hours, and spent at least $500 as a family. When my wife went to the bar to order sodas for our children, she was provided the wrong items and the bar tender Kara didn't seem to care. My mother went up to the bar to speak to the manager, and Kara responded that she is the acting manager today. She requested the correct items and Kara told my mom to "shut up".
My parents bowl in leagues and spend hundreds of dollars each week in this establishment. Kara's service was so unprofessional and inappropriate over two sodas that most likely cost Roll House twenty cents to replace. I will NEVER bring my family to this location again and look forward to taking my business elsewhere for our family tradition.
DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY IF KARA IS STILL EMPLOYED.

We celebrated our wedding dinner yesterday at RollHouse North Olmsted and the staff and venue itself exceeded my expectations. Their covered patio with the option for heat (which thankfully was not needed) is a true hidden gem. The food was spectacular and beautifully presented and I cannot fully find the words for how wonderful the crew helping us throughout the entire process was. Amanda and Sue helping me plan the event from out of town and the service staff they had for us last night was top notch! For today’s economy the prices are fair and worth every penny you spend. Do not hesitate to book an event here even if your focus is not bowling. If you do love bowling though again they will come through for you on that of course as well!

Cool place with lots to do. The food choices were limited to just pizza, wings, and fries, because it was New Years Day. Those options weren't the greatest. Fries were ok, the wings were terrible. Drinks were good. We did the Escape room onsite and it was very fun.

Brothers 40th was here. Great bowling, fun arcade, food was not all that great. Don't come hungry. Bar was super slow and no one was there to make it busy.
We booked a party. It was a lot of fun!! Love all the renovation updates, the food was yummy, and we all had a blast.

They are under construction. They are taking out 22 lanes. They could of and should of waited to start construction after the leagues ended. But they started 6 weeks early
