Came in to watch the Browns game and eat. Once seated we were eventualy met by the bartender and we got our drink order. After that we waited 20 to 30 mins for someone to take our order. My wife even had went to the bar to advise the bartender as we were ready to order. Still were completely ignored. All the waitresses just ignored us as they walked by. We enjoyed excellent service from our server - Bri (I think that's how you spell her name). She checked to see how we were enjoying our food and refilled our drinks at least twice. After I asked for my six free wings for my birthday (I showed her the offer on my BWW app), she also brought me a complimentary slice of cheesecake. Never in my life have I ordered a Vegas bomb from B-dubs and got a shot of Titos with a redbull until I got here...I don't belong in Ohio I'm going back to Texas!
