Came into this place right at opening and sat at the bar. I looked down to scoot up my stool and saw the floor was covered with dirt, crumbs, and MOUSE POOP. Across the entire floor along bar-- Tons of mouse poop! Totally disgusting. No effort to clean the floors and I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like and whats in the food. AVOID!

Visited recently with the intention of using a gift card to pay. (Quite literally the only reason we stopped by). At the end of our meal, I was informed my gift card wouldn’t work and asked if I had another way to pay. When I insisted the gift card was brand new (as I’m looking at the balance) I was just told it’s not working sorry.
Not once did a manager stop by to try to remedy the issue. In investigation of the balance on this gift card, when trying to use online, magically the balance works (even at this location)
Really unfortunate that I chose to give a collapsing brand another shot through the attempted rebrand and the companies attempt to stay relevant to be met with the same issues as before. An organization that once you’re in the door relies on lack luster food with comedic customer service. But hey atleast they have that fancy Buffalo mount!
I feel bad for all of the hourly employees at this location who come to work every day to provide for their families but have to deal with management whos more concerned with leaning on the bar watching the football game.
The server was great. Food was decent. The ability to react and resolve issues from management is laughable. But like i said, what else is new?

ariana is one of the worst waitresses i have ever had, I am always understanding when a business is busy but she would go to her 2 other tables and help them and then would go out of her way to avoid our table. I Waited 35 minutes to order my food and get a water. she didnt check on us once. I asked for a fork for my wings, napkins and ranch and she only brought the fork. She would ignore us when I asked questions, so i had to wait another 15 minutes to eat my food which got cold. She was rude gave us snotty looks. and refused to come to our table. I had to ask 3 people 3 different times for her to finally come to my table. She snatched my money out of my hand rudely and then She refused to give me back my change and then disappeared. I wish I could get a refund. She is a terrible waitress and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

One of the worst eating out experiences - the waitress did not even acknowledge us in the beginning. She didn’t drop off napkins or silverware. We waited 45 min to get our drinks. Other waitresses ended up getting our appetizers and drinks. The waitress proceeded to pass by our table multiple times without even asking if we need anything — my kid was wiping her hands on her clothes — will never return to this location

Their wings were the smallest I’ve ever had. They were extremely dry. They were not hot - obviously had been sitting in a warmer for some time. 15 wings; $23. The word WINGS is in their name! If there’s one thing you’d think they’d get right. Not here.

Waitress was rolling her eyes at us. When we asked her for refills she acted like we were bothering her. Burger and chicken sandwich was good the two orders of wings we got were so cold we told the waitress and all she said was okay. So we got the manager and she said what do you want me to do about it. Very poorly ran.

Tables for after us and get a waited on before us turns out no one had our table they finally got us a waitress. The chicken wings were the smallest Wings I've ever seen, they were as small as the potato wedges (see photo) I mentioned to the waitress and she said they looked normal to her. The celery was also bad on the ends. Very disappointed.
Decided to stop in on my way home and grab a beer and place a to go order at the bar... ordered 2 things... 10 wings and tater tots... order comes out without the tater tots because they weren't ordered.... so I have to wait on the tots while my wings are getting cold...how do you take someone's order and literally turn around and walk 3 feet and forget to order an item on a 2 item order... simply amazing....

Came in to watch the Browns game and eat. Once seated we were eventualy met by the bartender and we got our drink order. After that we waited 20 to 30 mins for someone to take our order. My wife even had went to the bar to advise the bartender as we were ready to order. Still were completely ignored. All the waitresses just ignored us as they walked by. We didnt even get acknowledged. Once my tall beer was dine i decided we had enough wasted time and we left. We are now getting fast food and I probably will never be going back to this location. I don't like being ignored.
