For a sports bar the atmosphere is just ok, the food sucks for the price, 2/3 of the bartenders were ok but not great one did a solid job. Literally not busy at all and got mid food and mid service this chain is pathetic tbh.

Unfortunately, even two stars would be generous for the quality of food we received. I ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich, which looked great on the menu—but what arrived was extremely underwhelming. The sandwich was small, dry, and nearly empty, with just a few pieces of chicken and a bit of cheese, all for $15. The wings were also a disappointment—dry, chewy, and tasted like they were made the day before. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We won’t be returning.

When you come to Buffalo Wild Wings you basically know what your getting but today when the wings came out they were cold and additionally my buddy ordered the bottomless apps on average 30 min per return of the next item and 3-4 mins tops to eat them. The servers beauty can only go so far. If you promote a deal the reordering of your next item, should be a much faster process. Highly disappointed!

If you want the unlimited apps, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. 3.5 stars this place has, so it feels like I'm definitely not alone.
My friends wings came out cold. Waitress was very inattentive. No sense of urgency here whatsoever.
Doesn't matter if they are slow or busy, still the same lousy service. They need to get it into gear soon. Things have been getting expensive and they are just going to hit a place that will actually serve them.
Much better places to eat or drink at within the area. Prepare to be let down here.

Came into this place right at opening and sat at the bar. I looked down to scoot up my stool and saw the floor was covered with dirt, crumbs, and MOUSE POOP. Across the entire floor along bar-- Tons of mouse poop! Totally disgusting. No effort to clean the floors and I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like and whats in the food. AVOID!

Visited recently with the intention of using a gift card to pay. (Quite literally the only reason we stopped by). At the end of our meal, I was informed my gift card wouldn’t work and asked if I had another way to pay. When I insisted the gift card was brand new (as I’m looking at the balance) I was just told it’s not working sorry.
Not once did a manager stop by to try to remedy the issue. In investigation of the balance on this gift card, when trying to use online, magically the balance works (even at this location)
Really unfortunate that I chose to give a collapsing brand another shot through the attempted rebrand and the companies attempt to stay relevant to be met with the same issues as before. An organization that once you’re in the door relies on lack luster food with comedic customer service. But hey atleast they have that fancy Buffalo mount!
I feel bad for all of the hourly employees at this location who come to work every day to provide for their families but have to deal with management whos more concerned with leaning on the bar watching the football game.
The server was great. Food was decent. The ability to react and resolve issues from management is laughable. But like i said, what else is new?

ariana is one of the worst waitresses i have ever had, I am always understanding when a business is busy but she would go to her 2 other tables and help them and then would go out of her way to avoid our table. I Waited 35 minutes to order my food and get a water. she didnt check on us once. I asked for a fork for my wings, napkins and ranch and she only brought the fork. She would ignore us when I asked questions, so i had to wait another 15 minutes to eat my food which got cold. She was rude gave us snotty looks. and refused to come to our table. I had to ask 3 people 3 different times for her to finally come to my table. She snatched my money out of my hand rudely and then She refused to give me back my change and then disappeared. I wish I could get a refund. She is a terrible waitress and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

One of the worst eating out experiences - the waitress did not even acknowledge us in the beginning. She didn’t drop off napkins or silverware. We waited 45 min to get our drinks. Other waitresses ended up getting our appetizers and drinks. The waitress proceeded to pass by our table multiple times without even asking if we need anything — my kid was wiping her hands on her clothes — will never return to this location
