Their broiler just went down, so no burgers were being served. I thought that I would try the chicken fries for my granddaughters but they were too spicy. Luckily I got the mozzarella fries. Those were very tasty. Too bad I only got 4. The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the equipment failure.

Ehh, hit or miss. You have to wait 5 mins minimum no matter what time you pull up to the drive thru speaker. You’d think for waiting your food would be fresh and correct but 8 times out of 10 your modifications aren’t correct and the food is lukewarm. Do better!

Stay away from this franchise. Visited a few and ended up with a moldy bun on my chicken sandwich. I called the moment I got home, which was too far to return and was told my name would be put in the book and I could come back at a later time for a free replacement. Went there this evening and they were rude to me claiming that I was not in the book. I told them I called their number the moment I got home and they stated that that was not their number. That was the national number and their number was not on the receipt. He showed me a receipt and their number was on the receipt and that is the local franchise number so again lied to me. I will not return to this particular franchise. I have nothing against Burger King, but this particular franchise is a disaster.

I got home and realized that they gave me the wrong order.
Stopped in for breakfast late Sunday morning. Place was not busy. Drive thru was held up so I went inside, clearly could see it wasn't busy at this point. No one took my order. I left. Thank you though would've been the first time I ate Burger King in over a year. Fast Food is terrible.
