Order was perfect, including all of the special requests. People working the drive thru were friendly and fast. I ranked the atmosphere low because I’ve been to two different burger king drive thrus in the last few weeks and both have had horrible speakers that make it extremely difficult to communicate through. It got me thinking that someone must be making a fortune. Their workers don’t make as much as McDonald’s (or so I’ve heard) and their dining areas haven’t been remodeled. Well, at least they are up to date with the plant based burger unlike McD and most other fast food places. For that reason, it’s pretty much the only fast food I get.Vegetarian options: The only fast food restaurant with a plant based burger!

Came inside so my kids could use their gift cards and it smelled musty and stale in here. The lady behind the counter was also using her 'outside' voice as she screamed at us when she took our order. It was an odd experience.

Mozzarella sticks taste old but the original chicken sandwich was good. Mayo tasted a little like miracle whip though.

The young man that worked the drive thru was kind. Smiled and had something nice to say. Great customer service. The whopper jrs Rocked. They were fresh and the fries were HOT. Their bbq sauce beats all fast food chains!

Stale buns, grey/black butt sliver of what used to be a pickle. The buns weren't the only stale item. The customer service is terrible, long wait for old food served by escaped prisoners who never learned manners. Nothing on the burger but the meat forgot all the toppings. No sauce for 16 piece nugget, why even bother asking. Floors always sticky, drink station and tables a mess. Watched the cooks put their hands down there pants and drip sweat over the food.This isn't the first time i have received bad service from this Burger King. Drive to another location this one should be shut down. What an embarrassment to the city of North Olmsted.
