The employees are very rude. Can’t understand what they are asking since the cashier mumbles. Got their kids meal, hot nuggets cold fries. Too many places to go won’t return here.

First time at this location and the food was not at all appetizing. The chicken Philly I ordered w/ fries ? barely ? had any chicken on it, the cheese ? was a camouflage to the lack of meat. The location in Tower City gives you a real nice order. This place at: Great Northern Mall, is not a good place to dine at while they skimp on the product and u still paying full price for what? The bread ? was not even fresh either!! I definitely won’t go back there and won’t advise no one else to.

The Great Northern Mall branch in Cleveland has the best bread compared to any other branch I have ever been to.

Always quickly prepared and the taste is consistent, which is good thing! I'm a chicken sandwich and loaded fry kind of guy.

Freshly prepared items that taste great. Employees are friendly and go above and beyond. Get the original cheesesteak or an order of wings...or both. This place is great!!!

$5 upcharge for a half handful of soggy fries. What a joke.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Food poisoning my girlfriend from a chicken finger kids menu item? How about you take control of your cross contamination and get your workers in line. What if that was a child that ate those chicken fingers? I'd be careful if I were you because you might have a lawsuit on your hands. Don't let your kids eat here cuz they might get sick, or anyone for that matter.
I don't know who made my sandwich tonight but it was the best damn sandwich I've ever had. Keep it up ?
