Normally I never have a problem with Chick-fil-A so of course I decided to go there tonight is there food is great and normally don't have a problem . I ordered two drinks with my order and got handed carrier which had lemonade all on the bottom of it not realizing got past to me through my window and poured all over my pants. I just wish they would have taken an extra step and realized that the carrier had lemonade all on the bottom of it and switch carriers.
Had their spicy chicken sandwich. I'm not sure what the rage is all about for CFA. Chicken was "slimy" and sort of stringy. Waffle fries are OK. Young kids had their nuggets but the honey mustard dip is not suited for yoing kids' tastebuds. High prices for what they're serving. I'm likely in the minority but I am not a CFA fanboy.

I got salmonella poisoning the other day, and so did one of the workers I know. This used to be a great place but now it’s disgusting. And there management doesn’t even answer the phone.

When I place a pickup order I want to arrive and my food be made. Not me get there and then you start making my order. Also my fries were half empty. That was the only thing I came here for.

Truly awful. Employees simply hanging out in the dining area with their high school friends, while I did not receive my obviously long forgotten and melted milkshake for almost 20 minutes. Sad!

I ordered a hot peppermint coffee with my soup and never received the hot coffee! Along with very poor customer service. The first time we got our order, they gave me a small iced coffee. I informed them that I ordered a hot peppermint coffee. They told me to pull up and wait for 5 minutes. Yet they ended up giving it to me in about 2 minutes. I drive off and find out that the coffee is ice cold ! I went back and got in the drive thru again and they gave me a warm coffee, without peppermint. I tells the young lady that this isn’t peppermint and she went and spoke with her coworkers saying what’s peppermint coffee? One of them laugh and says give it here I’ll put some peppermint in it. After seeing them laugh and joke over my coffee that they intended to give me, I no longer wanted it. We told the young lady to please refund me for the coffee, which she gave me a receipt for $2.29, this is not even what I paid for the coffee! I thanked her and there was no, thank you, my pleasure, or nothing in return. She goes back in and proceeds to laugh with “Robb” and her other rude co-workers. I believe Chick fil a cares, but clearly this establishment does not! I’m not use to getting this kind of service from chick fil a. I hope others that are getting this same treatment are speaking up so that they can get the quality of food and service that they deserve, and that Chick fil a represents! Please work on this location !

I had paid for 6 extra sauces and they didn’t give me any and they gave me the wrong food, usually it’s busy and they get they orders out the door, this line was the shortest I’ve every seen it and still messing up? As a retired service industry worker disappointed and bummed, rather go to Rocky river
