This restaurant was disgusting. The floor, table and chairs were filthy. Service was horrendous. We were here for almost 2 hours, the food took forever only to come out room temperature. The chicken literally tasted like it was fried the day before. After we told the server he never came back, had to ask another server for a manager. The manager didn’t charge us for the food we sent back, which was expected, and after wasting two hours of time we finally got to leave.

Not a fan of the fries that have been sitting as they are cold and dry. The hamburger was ok. I hate the plastic serving dish. The kitchen looked a mess. Our server was pleasant and that is the only thing I would give 5 stars.

My husband and I met his parents for lunch at 1pm on a Sunday. There was a 15min wait and when she took us to our dirty table she just quickly wiped most of the stuff off. I had to clean off the chairs and then I was sat next to a broken rotting moldy window. I don't think the floors have been cleaned in months. If they weren't sticky they were slippery. Thus was the MOST disgusting restaurant I've ever been in. The server was really nice but that was it.

My family and I walked in and 2 white females were at the front. Made I contact with me then continued looking down. Neither of them greeted us. We just stood there. A white man came in after us, was greeted and seated immediately. After he was seated one of them said it would be a 35 minute wait for us to be seated. We turned around and left. We will never come again. The last time I checked our money was green just like theirs. Very disappointing! If I could give zero stars I would.

The food here has always been great. Service varies from time to time, but it’s never been bad. I recommend this location highly.

Started out great, friendly waitress, wouldn’t state her name but very personable!
Food was good, fajitas and smokehouse platter were good, but black beans were horrible
As the night went on we could see that she was overwhelmed by taking care of appx 8-10 tables at once… drink refills weren’t coming, finally got a refill PLUS a to-go cup at the end of the meal, a sign to get up and out?
No bag was given to put leftover containers in…pretty sad because she was very friendly

UPDATE: since leaving the review, they have cleaned the vent and fixed that refrigerator in the kitchen. I will say that it was in better shape than the last time. I will return to the restaurant again

If you looked above you and saw this heavily dust caked air intake and then saw the other air vents just as dirty, you would be wondering just how clean is the kitchen if they can't keep the customer facing areas clean. Looking into the kitchen area a small refrigerator is held together with duct tape! Do they not have money to take care of place? Also our table wobbled very badly. The menu they gave me was sticky. The food tasted great. I'm conflicted on ever coming back. Very sad 😭

For the past few months everytime I arrive to pick up an Uber or DoorDash order to deliver to their customers a man at the to go desk tells me carelessly “it’s going to be a while” or that they haven’t even started it yet. This is beyond disrespectful and is theft of my time and money. It also could cause me to lose my job. Someone please do something about this! It wasn’t like this before at this location.

I cannot recommend this place enough, especially when Rachel is your server in the bar area and when Anthony is cookin on the grill. I seriously would put that big smasher burger (cooked by Anthony) up against almost any other burger in Cleveland. Rachel deserves a raise for how great she is.
