First tine going. I was taken for my birthday in December. I plan to go again.

This Chili's has decent food but really they're just average, not bad at all but expensive for the quality. There's always an extremely long wait anytime I go there and they really don't even look that busy, it's just a slow kitchen which is surprising because they're not cooking high end foods. I don't have anything bad to say except the wait times but it's just an average restaurant with extremely high prices. I can eat way better at other restaurants in that area for close to the same price. I guess if you like these kinds of food you might find this place better than I do. Their staff is usually very nice and the atmosphere is better than a lot of other places that serve the same kinds of food. Parking there is actually pretty good.

There’s just something about Chili’s. The people, the fajitas, the mysterious back rooms that make you feel like you’re at a family reunion you didn’t know you needed. This Chili’s is no exception. Every single person working here was ridiculously nice—like, suspiciously nice in the best way. I’ve honestly never been to a Chili’s where the staff was mean, and this one kept the streak alive.
The fajitas were sizzling like they had something to prove, the vibes were comforting, and on top of all that, I had a great view of the snow outside. Eating fajitas while watching snow fall feels like an oddly perfect life moment.
Chili’s just hits different. It’s familiar, it’s warm, and it feels like home… with better chips and salsa. Would absolutely come back.

I ate dinner there (about two weeks ago) tonight and the food was atrocious. The service was good, but the screw ups in the kitchen were ridiculous. The food was the worst I have ever had at Chilis. Kitchen manager should be fired. Get your greasy goons in order. They were offensive! I do not appreciate the terrible language I was hearing in the kitchen with my small children in tow. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I want to write what they were saying, but people would be offended. Who ever owns this place should fire all of them back there. It was dinner time for god sakes and children were there. We live out of town and went to the restaurant because it WAS on of my favorites.

Way to get back to me. Clearly upper management dose not care about customers opinions. I went there few weeks ago and expected a response. I would leave no stars if possible now. I am going to find the corporate office and complain. Who owns this location? Now because of this visit I will NEVER go BACK to any Chilis.

Started coming back to Chili's because they sponsor Carson hocevar and they're sponsoring dirt racing now haven't been here since high school definitely will keep coming back

It was me and my famy first time eating at chili's and it was terrible. The food was nasty, it was dry, hard and tasted like they gave us left over food, the waitress was ok at first, than when it was time to go she tried to steal herself extra tip money, actually never gave a family member their change, she got an attitude when I acquired about my change. Really? I bet she do it all the time. I will never be back.

Thank you for making my night. I had a bad experience at Harry Buffalo and decided to leave and order Chili’s chipotle Fresh Tex bowl and it is so delicious I will definitely get it again!!!

Food was excellent. I was a little disappointed at first that the Skillet CasQueso was no longer on the menu and I almost cried. But the southwestern queso was pretty good. The Chicken Crispers never disappoint. My sister-in-law's mushroom and Swiss burger was excellent. The only downside to our visit was the fact that it was freezing by the windows. The manager reassured us that they're getting new windows in a couple months. Which is a good thing. Otherwise it was a great early dinner today.

I have not been to Chili's in such a long time. I forgot how good their food is. I got the chicken quesadilla. It was huge and very good for the price. Our waitress was attentive and every staff member was pleasant and friendly. They were pretty busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated and we were served quickly.

We were a party of 4. We sat down and the waitress came over pretty quickly. We placed our drink orders and after they were brought to the table, we ordered appetizers. The appetizer came out but we weren’t given silverware. We informed the waitress and after a few minutes it was brought out. My friend and I shared an appetizer and we were given no plates. We asked and they were never brought so we just ate them off of our napkins. I ordered a side that wasn’t brought out with the rest of the food. I had to ask and it seemed like I was bothering the waitress. It wasn’t busy in there at all. My friends meal came out and he had substituted the included side with fries and to no surprise there were no fries. Our other friend had asked for a side of mushrooms and was given a side of Mac and cheese. We quickly tried to get our waitresses attention. She did bring out the mushrooms but after 10-15 minutes we still had no fries. Also one of the servers was sweeping the floor in the booth behind us and continually keep hitting the back of the booth with the broom. Annoying when you’re trying to eat!! Nobody asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks or asked us if we needed anything else. The food was ok but we expected a little better service than what we received. We’ve been to the Avon location a few times and service and food have been excellent. Probably won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. We should’ve gone somewhere else.
